Tokom mog prvog kontakta sa sajtom, obavešten sam da moja imejl adresa može povremeno biti privremeno blokirana zbog sistemskog problema, ali da će taj problem biti rešen istog dana. Međutim, uprkos tome što sam ih kontaktirao više puta tokom dana, kasnije su tvrdili da takav korisnik ne postoji.
Ali kako je ovo moguće kada sam već primio uplatu od 350.000 TRY sa sajta? Moji dobici su i dalje vidljivi na početnoj stranici. Ja sam igrač Fruit Party-a pod imenom „BA".
Ova situacija je potpuno nerazumna.
Sajt mi je isplatio 100.000 turskih lira 10.03.2026. i 250.000 turskih lira 11.03.2026. Međutim, 12.03.2026., kada sam zatražio još jedno povlačenje 250.000 turskih lira, nisu obradili moju uplatu otprilike 4 sata, a zatim su mi istog dana potpuno blokirali pristup.
