Želeo bih da pružim jedno veoma važno pojašnjenje u vezi sa mojim slučajem.
Ukupan saldo na mom računu je bio približno 27.000.000 forinti, pored zahteva za povlačenje 200.000 forinti koji je otkazan.
Želeo bih jasno da kažem sledeće:
Nisam otkazao/la zahtev za povlačenje sredstava
Trenutno nemam pristup svom nalogu, jer je verifikacija u toku duže od mesec dana.
Stoga bi mi bilo nemoguće da otkažem povlačenje
Što se tiče problema sa dupliranim nalogom, želeo bih iskreno da objasnim da je ovaj drugi nalog kreiran davno i da sam potpuno zaboravio na njega. Nisam ga aktivno koristio i nije bilo apsolutno nikakve namere da se krše bilo koja pravila ili stekne bilo kakva nepravedna prednost.
S obzirom na veoma visok iznos u pitanju, ljubazno, ali odlučno molim kazino da:
Dajte potpuno objašnjenje situacije
Razjasni status mog punog stanja
Potvrdi da li će mi sredstva biti isplaćena nakon rešavanja problema sa nalogom
Ova situacija je za mene izuzetno ozbiljna i očekujem pravedno i transparentno rešenje.

I would like to provide a very important clarification regarding my case.
The total balance on my account was approximately 27,000,000 HUF, in addition to the 200,000 HUF withdrawal request that was canceled.
I would like to clearly state the following:
I did not cancel the withdrawal request
I currently do not have access to my account, as it has been under verification for over one month
Therefore, it would have been impossible for me to cancel the withdrawal
Regarding the duplicate account issue, I would like to honestly explain that this second account was created a long time ago and I completely forgot about it. It has not been actively used, and there was absolutely no intention to violate any rules or gain any unfair advantage.
Given the very high amount involved, I kindly but firmly ask the casino to:
Provide a full explanation of the situation
Clarify the status of my full balance
Confirm whether my funds will be paid after resolving the account issue
This situation is extremely serious for me, and I expect a fair and transparent resolution.
