Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa načinom na koji je Donbet postupao sa mojim nalogom, njegovim procedurama za odgovorno kockanje i vremenom intervencije.
Ova žalba nije samo zato što sam izgubio novac. Moja briga je da li je Donbet postupio na odgovarajući način nakon što je identifikovao probleme sa odgovornim kockanjem na mom nalogu.
Tokom predmetnog perioda, pretrpeo sam gubitke od približno 29.800 funti. Nakon ovih događaja, Donbet je trajno zatvorio moj nalog u skladu sa svojom Politikom odgovornog kockanja, navodeći da moj nalog pokazuje indikatore rizika odgovornog kockanja.
Međutim, moj nalog nije zatvoren kada su ti indikatori rizika očigledno identifikovani. Umesto toga, ostao je u potpunosti operativan i trajno je zatvoren tek nakon što sam kontaktirao Donbet putem ćaskanja uživo.

Redosled događaja koji su okruživali to povlačenje novca deo je ukupnog vremenskog okvira moje žalbe i trebalo bi ga razmotriti zajedno sa Donbetovim odlukama o odgovornom kockanju.
Moja žalba se stoga odnosi na vreme, doslednost i adekvatnost Donbetove intervencije u vezi sa odgovornim kockanjem, a ne samo na činjenicu da sam pretrpeo gubitke od kockanja.
Pokušao sam da rešim ovo pitanje direktno sa Donbetom, ali sam i dalje nezadovoljan njihovim odgovorom.
S poštovanjem molim Casino Guru da pregleda sve dostupne dokaze, uključujući moje imejlove, snimke ekrana, transkripte ćaskanja uživo i prepisku, i da zamoli Donbet da pruži jasno objašnjenje:
kada su prvi put identifikovane zabrinutosti u vezi sa odgovornim kockanjem;
zašto nije došlo do ranije intervencije;
zašto je moj nalog ostao aktivan uprkos tim zabrinutostima; i
da li je Donbet postupao u skladu sa sopstvenom Politikom odgovornog kockanja.
Verujem da je nezavisna revizija ovih pitanja opravdana i s poštovanjem molim Casino Guru za pomoć u postizanju pravednog rešenja.
I am submitting this complaint regarding Donbet’s handling of my account, its Responsible Gambling procedures, and the timing of its intervention.
This complaint is not simply because I lost money. My concern is whether Donbet acted appropriately once it identified responsible gambling concerns on my account.
During the period in question, I incurred losses of approximately £29,800. Following these events, Donbet permanently closed my account under its Responsible Gambling Policy, stating that my account displayed responsible gambling risk indicators.
However, my account was not closed when those risk indicators were apparently identified. Instead, it remained fully operational and was only permanently closed after I contacted Donbet via live chat.
This raises several important questions which I believe require an explanation:
When did Donbet first identify the responsible gambling risk indicators on my account?
What specific risk indicators had been identified?
What action, if any, was taken when those indicators were first detected?
If Donbet believed my gambling behaviour presented sufficient risk to justify permanent exclusion, why was my account allowed to remain active until after I initiated contact through live chat?
A further issue concerns my withdrawal. I submitted a withdrawal request which Donbet accepted but advised could not be processed immediately because of its withdrawal limits. The sequence of events surrounding that withdrawal forms part of the overall timeline of my complaint and should be considered alongside Donbet’s responsible gambling decisions.
My complaint is therefore about the timing, consistency and adequacy of Donbet’s responsible gambling intervention, not merely the fact that I suffered gambling losses.
I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Donbet but remain dissatisfied with its response.
I respectfully ask Casino Guru to review all available evidence, including my emails, screenshots, live chat transcripts and correspondence, and to ask Donbet to provide a clear explanation of:
when the responsible gambling concerns were first identified;
why earlier intervention did not occur;
why my account remained active despite those concerns; and
whether Donbet acted consistently with its own Responsible Gambling Policy.
I believe an independent review of these issues is justified and I respectfully request Casino Guru’s assistance in reaching a fair resolution.
