I am submitting a formal complaint against DublinBet (licensed under Anjouan) regarding the confiscation of my entire balance, including my deposited funds.
On April 12, 2026, I deposited €4,228.13 after receiving a 50% birthday bonus offer.
Before making the deposit, I carefully reviewed the promotion and contacted live chat support to confirm the exact conditions. This was my last interaction with the casino immediately before depositing.
During this live chat, I explicitly asked whether I would be able to deposit a significant amount, wager it once (x1), and then withdraw both the deposit and the bonus. The support agent clearly confirmed that:
The bonus had a wagering requirement of x1
I would be able to withdraw the deposit + bonus after playing once
There was no clear warning that exceeding a €5 bet would result in full confiscation of all funds
