First of all, thank you for taking this case and trying to resolve it.

The only communication that I got response was via discord. I will email the whole conversation by email.

I am active for about 4 years in crypto gambling. I participated in many many challenges (must been more then a few hundred now to get an indication) on different platforms (bcgame, stake, shuffle, 500casino).

I am only for a short period playing at Duelbits, and only participated in 1 challenge. This went without any issues.

Also to be able to participate in their tournaments, you have to join it first by clicking the opt-in button.

If you are not eligible to participate, you cannot see/click this button, which was not the case for me.

I joined it, and finished it (and still show as 1st rank in the history of the tournament).

On all those hundreds of challenges there were not really issues, sometime a small problem (like a score which was not counted correctly, etc), but it always got fixed.

Never have I encountered that I got disqualified, and surely not that a casino took away my balance.

I sent the export from depos/withdrawals to duelbits.com again.

I also mentioned to them about their annoying attitude towards me. They are the ones accusing me based on some false arguments. They clearly linked my account to another by comparing the cwallet hotwallet.

It seems they are not hindered by any knowledge and not able to correct their own mistakes. Instead they make up new false accusations towards me for having removed some txid's etc, which is not true.

And again obviously without proof, since its not true there cannot be any proof either.

Instead of giving me some solid true proof for the things they accusing me of, they force me to give more information and proof that their false accusations are not true. I think this is not the way it normally should go. I personally, if I accuse someone, I make sure the facts are right before even doing so. If I might have made a mistake, I take back my accusations and offer them my apologies. Duelbits.com seems to not care at all how it must be to me to kept being accused falsely over and over again, instead they keep pushing it more and more with other non valid stuff they make up and make me do even more effort.

We would like to explain that using the refer-a-friend functionality, as you described, would in most cases be considered acceptable and in line with how these programs are intended to work. However, if the referral link was connected to an affiliate program, this would fall under a different set of rules and obligations. Self-affiliation or cross-linking between accounts in an affiliate structure is not allowed and can result in penalization from the casino, including disqualification from rewards.

I fully understand that you said you have used a standard refer-a-friend link, and not participated in any formal affiliate program. We are continuing to look into this matter with the casino and will update you as soon as we receive more details.

Thank you for your continuing investigation. As quick duelbit was to take away my reward, as slow they are to reply imo. I don't understand how they respond so slowly (actually I think I do: they just trying to find other reasons to not pay, cause previous ones are not valid). It seems to me its just a matter of providing the information and I assume they already had it (which is impossible though, cause it aint true lol), or they must have accused me without any fundament/facts.

This whole case is more then 2 months old now. Most legit players who were falsly accused would have give up I guess which I think is the intention of duelbits. Not only duelbits took 4k of me, but allot of time and effort too, and not only mine.

I hope justice will be done and that it might be an example to other future or previous victims of duelbits acts to not give in, but continue till the truth is out. I noticed I am not alone, and there are several similiar cases posted on bitcointalk. It seems to be common business for duelbits to act like this.

Why not publish the 'evidence' here? I hope I can at least see it, since there cant be any legit evidence. I know who I am and what I have done and what I didnt do. There can not be any evidence of something that didnt happen, its simple as that and I am 100% confident. Not sure if Duelbits will go that far to manipulate their 'evidence', but as soon as it proof something that didnt happen, I would like to request to see it too, so I can show the real version of it.

Also, my patience is coming to and end. Now we have to wait another 10-14 days for Duelbits next reply. Its been going on for more then 2 months now, only because Duelbits taking almost 2 weeks to respond.

Edit: To be honest Martin, I really feel Duelbits is playing games. Respond last minute after another week of extension. And I am pretty sure they still have to make up some email still, I am pretty offended they not only stealing money but also time.

I think its like this whole case in a nutshell: they make up some story full of lies, and don't take any responsibility for it.

I cannot believe a criminal organization, who steal money from their clients just can continue their business nowadays. May it be clear they are simply cheap thieves with no intention to return the money they stole, even after being called out for it. I have seen no evidence ever since that backup their acts still.

Did it eventually became clear what happened to that 4k? I dare to put my hand in the fire it did not go to the next player who won, but straight into their own pocket. Cause this is the motivation for them to take it away at the first place. Duelbits is the most disgusting casino I ever encounter in all those years I played at online gambling casino's. Never have I met such people who act so low, a disgrace to mankind. I can ensure you all the coins you gathered for yourself in a shady way will not be worth to cover the things that are waiting for you.

It was basically a wager race. I did nothing more then wager allot. Explain how this can be seen as abuse. Is there any of the tournament rules I broke?

And indirectly you took my deposit money too partially, cause its known wagering cost money.

But it seems Duelbits decision is final, cause they 'feel' like not paying. And in their terms it allow them to do so.

What happened to the money you took? Did it went to the next winner? Cause if so, it would take away the doubt for me that the sole purpose of Duelbits isn't just to pocket the money themself but to prevent any so called 'bonus abuse' to keep it fair for the players. (But unfortunately I talked to the nr. 2 and the nr.3 and they didn't received more then 2nd and 3rd place.

Its crystal clear what happened here. Either some corrupt employee took the money, or its Duelbits decision themself.

But like always they will just ignore me and any of my questions, cause it doesn't suit them for the truth to come out.

I am a legit player known over the years in all kind of different platforms and in the crypto gamble community. I never had any issue with casino's (BC.Game, Stake, Shuffle, 500.casino and a few more) that were not solved. I wagered a total of 50m+ on this platforms. What Duelbits is doing to me has no legit ground, though they get away with it, it seems.

What happened to me can happen to anybody. Please avoid this casino, it is shady and even scammy by confiscating my money.
