I recently started playing on Duelbits, everything was going fine. I was mainly playing dice and mines to rank up and get those rewards, but all of a sudden, Duelbits asked me to kyc. At this point I was neither +ev or in profit, so I just kyced because they locked all of funds and they wouldn't let me withdraw the money. As soon as I kyced, they said and I quote, "If we find that you have engaged in unfair practices, deliberate cheating, or taken advantage of the Website or any of its Users, or if your Account is being utilized for the benefit of a third party." While this was completely false, all I did was play dice and get those rewards. If playing dice and mines was considered "deliberate cheating", then why are they allowed to be played? I was participating in the daily, weekly, and originals weekly race but I wasn't exploiting or anything. I wasn't even +ev when they asked me to kyc, so why would they ban me all of a sudden and hold my funds? This is not fair, people should be allowed to withdraw their funds, but I guess Duelbits doesn't honor that, if you play dice or mines (which they clearly ALLOW) they will just kyc you and ban you. Everyone should be careful when playing on duelbits, if you don't play the way they want you to play, they will just ban you and hold you funds.

1) Yes, only my withdrawls are blocked, I can still deposit.

2) In total, I have wagered 1.4 million, since my last deposit, I have wagered around 600k.
