Podnosim žalbu protiv EGB.com u vezi sa otkazanim povlačenjem sredstava i izuzetno odloženim i nejasnim procesom verifikacije.
Evo vremenske linije:
- 15. juna sam podneo zahtev za isplatu 465 dolara.
- 16. juna je platforma zahtevala potpunu proveru ličnosti (KYC). Podneo sam sva potrebna dokumenta.
- 22. juna sam dobio potvrdu da je moja verifikacija odobrena.
- 23. juna je moj zahtev za povlačenje novca otkazan bez objašnjenja, a pojavio se novi zahtev za video verifikaciju.
- Kontaktiran sam tek 25. juna radi zakazivanja video poziva. Video verifikacija je obavljena 27. juna.
- Od tada nisam dobio nikakve novosti. Više puta sam kontaktirao putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla. Jedini odgovor koji sam dobio bio je: „Vaš slučaj je prosleđen specijalistima."
Do danas, 9. jula, još uvek nema odgovora niti novosti. Moj novac je i dalje blokiran i ne mogu da ga koristim ili podignem.
Molim vas, pomozite mi da rešim ovaj problem. Mogu da pružim sve dokaze, uključujući snimke ekrana odobrenja verifikacije, otkazivanja povlačenja, ponovljenih zahteva za KYC i neodgovorene komunikacije sa podrškom.

I am submitting a complaint against EGB.com regarding a cancelled withdrawal and extremely delayed and unclear verification process.
Here is the timeline:
- On June 15, I submitted a withdrawal request of $465.
- On June 16, the platform requested full KYC. I submitted all required documents.
- On June 22, I received confirmation that my verification was approved.
- On June 23, my withdrawal request was cancelled without explanation, and a new video verification request appeared.
- I was only contacted on June 25 to schedule the video call. The video verification took place on June 27.
- Since then, I have received no update. I followed up multiple times via live chat and email. The only reply I got was: "Your case was forwarded to the specialists."
As of today, July 9, there is still no response or update. My money remains blocked, and I am unable to use or withdraw my funds.
Please help me resolve this issue. I can provide all evidence including screenshots of the verification approval, withdrawal cancellation, repeated KYC requests, and unanswered support communication.
