I've looked into this in detail for you.
I can see you provided receipt of payment for a 100 EUR charge from 03/04 as you stated.
This was previously escalated and confirmed by the relevant team to be unsuccessful on the payment provider's end.
Nonetheless, I have re-escalated this to double check the funds haven't been received later.
Rest assured, if you are due any funds from us, we will ensure this is credited.
