Ako bi vas kazino nagradio besplatnim okretajima, a kasnije tvrdio da nemate pravo na bilo kakav dobitak od njih, to bi bila situacija u kojoj bismo jasno intervenisali u vaše ime.
Međutim, to se nije dogodilo u ovom slučaju.
Na osnovu svih informacija koje ste dali:
- Kazino vam je dodelio besplatne okrete,
- Nije bilo u pitanju ravnoteža pravog novca,
- Nijedan dobitak nije generisan, a kasnije zadržan ili konfiskovan,
- Besplatni okreti su postali nedostupni zbog tehničkog problema, a ne zbog sprovođenja pravila ili nepravednog ograničenja.
Iako se slažemo da su takvi tehnički problemi nezgodni i da bi idealno bilo da ih kazino brže reši, nisu izgubljena nikakva stvarna sredstva i nažalost ne postoji konkretan finansijski spor koji bismo dalje rešavali.
Iz tog razloga, i pošto nema iznosa koji bi mogao da se nadoknadi, sada ćemo zatvoriti ovu žalbu.

If the casino had rewarded you with free spins and later claimed that you were not entitled to any winnings from them, that would be a situation where we would clearly intervene on your behalf.
However, that is not what happened in this case.
Based on all the information you provided:
- The casino credited you with free spins,
- No real-money balance was involved,
- No winnings were generated and later withheld or confiscated,
- The free spins became unavailable due to a technical issue, not due to a rule enforcement or unfair restriction.
While we agree that such technical problems are inconvenient and ideally should be resolved faster by the casino, no real funds were lost, and there is unfortunately no concrete financial dispute for us to pursue further.
For this reason, and as there is no recoverable amount involved, we will now close this complaint.
