Počeo sam da igram u Fatpirate kazinu početkom marta. Pobedio sam već početkom marta, pa sam uspeo da podignem iznos jednak dnevnom limitu (150000 HUF), a stigao je za 6 dana.
Kasnije sam deponovao još i krajem marta uspeo sam da osvojim veći iznos (9000k u slotu Boveri Bois Hackshav)
Tada sam pokrenuo povlačenje, ali je moje povlačenje bilo ograničeno, umesto 150.000 HUF mogao sam da podignem samo 45.000 HUF. Ovaj iznos je takođe stigao za 6 dana. Zatim sam pokušao ponovo da prenesem, ali svaka opcija prenosa je davala sledeću grešku: „dogodila se neočekivana greška" Mnogo sam se konsultovao sa korisničkom službom, isprobao sve što su rekli. Obriši istoriju pregledanja, drugi pregledač, drugi uređaj...ali imam ovu grešku već 3 nedelje. Ono što je važno jeste da od mene nikada nisu tražili da se identifikujem, nisam ni sada identifikovan, ne mogu. Trenutno je korisnička služba ponudila da pokrene ručnu isplatu za mene, ali o tome razgovaram sa njima 2 nedelje i ništa se još nije promenilo.
Prilažem sliku greške i obećanje korisničke službe o ručnom plaćanju. Već sam danas primio e-poštu sa ID-om, takođe o prijavi svoje greške. (može li ovo biti dobar znak?)
Zanimljivo je da se ova greška dogodila nakon moje velike pobede...moj korisnik je verovatno izmanipulisan.
Veoma je teško komunicirati sa korisničkom službom, često razgovaram sa AI botovima...šta bi moglo biti rešenje za ovaj problem?
Ažuriranje: Posle 3 nedelje, sada mi je omogućilo da pokrenem povlačenje od 5000 HUF (minimalni iznos). Ne dozvoljava nikakav drugi iznos ili dodatne iznose. Pitam se šta se desilo? Čekam da ga banka prihvati.. Prilažem i sliku ovoga, izvinite, ali je na mađarskom.
Ne razumem ovu nerazumnu minimalnu granicu...Mislim da im je cilj da mi dosade i prokockaju novac.

I don't understand this unreasonable minimum limit...I think their goal is to get me bored and gamble away the money.
