Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv FgFox Casino-a zbog neopravdanog nestanka mojih sredstava i potpunog nedostatka odgovora od strane kazina.
Prošle godine sam akumulirao iznos od 1721 evra , koji sam zatražio da povučem prateći procedure kazina. Nakon toga, obavešten sam da moram da završim proces video verifikacije. Zbog ličnih razloga, nisam mogao da ga završim u tom trenutku.
Pre nekoliko dana sam odlučio da nastavim proces i zatražio sam ponovnu aktivaciju svog naloga, takođe izrazivši spremnost da završim verifikaciju. Međutim, kazino me je obavestio da video verifikacija više nije potrebna i nastavio je sa ponovnom aktivacijom mog naloga.
Nakon što sam se prijavio/la, otkrio/la sam da je ceo moj saldo nestao, bez ikakvog prethodnog obaveštenja, objašnjenja ili pozivanja na bilo kakvo kršenje uslova korišćenja.
Od tada sam pokušao da kontaktiram kazino više puta:
- Putem imejla, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor uopšte .
- Putem ćaskanja uživo, što je u mnogim slučajevima neefikasno ili uopšte ne funkcioniše.
Do danas, kazino nije pružio nikakvo objašnjenje u vezi sa nedostajućim sredstvima , što smatram ozbiljnim problemom i kršenjem osnovnih principa transparentnosti i fer tretmana.
Želeo bih da naglasim da:
- Nisam prekršio nikakve uslove ili odredbe.
- Nisam dobio nikakvo obaveštenje o nepravilnostima.
- Nema opravdanja za uklanjanje mog balansa.
Stoga, ljubazno molim Casino GURU da interveniše i zamoli kazino da:
- Dajte jasno objašnjenje šta se desilo sa stanjem od 1721 evra .
- Vratite sredstva ako ne mogu zakonski opravdati njihovo uklanjanje.
Smatram da je ova situacija slučaj neopravdane konfiskacije sredstava ili moguće zloupotrebe , što je pogoršano potpunim nedostatkom komunikacije kazina.

I am submitting this complaint against FgFox Casino due to the unjustified disappearance of my funds and the complete lack of response from the casino.
Last year, I accumulated a balance of 1721 EUR, which I requested to withdraw following the casino’s procedures. After that, I was informed that I needed to complete a video verification process. Due to personal reasons, I was unable to complete it at that time.
A few days ago, I decided to resume the process and requested the reactivation of my account, also expressing my willingness to complete the verification. However, the casino informed me that the video verification was no longer required and proceeded to reactivate my account.
After logging in, I discovered that my entire balance had disappeared, without any prior notification, explanation, or reference to any violation of the terms and conditions.
Since then, I have tried to contact the casino multiple times:
- Via email, but I have received no response at all.
- Through live chat, which is inefficient or not working at all in many cases.
To this day, the casino has provided no explanation regarding the missing funds, which I consider a serious issue and a violation of basic principles of transparency and fair treatment.
I would like to emphasize that:
- I have not violated any terms or conditions.
- I have not received any notification of wrongdoing.
- There is no justification for removing my balance.
Therefore, I kindly request Casino GURU to intervene and ask the casino to:
- Provide a clear explanation of what happened to the 1721 EUR balance.
- Return the funds if they cannot legally justify their removal.
I consider this situation to be a case of unjustified fund confiscation or possible misappropriation, worsened by the casino’s complete lack of communication.
