After winning on the third bonus and requesting a withdrawal, I received an email asking me to cooperate with the KYC verification, so I did as instructed.

Once I received an email confirming that the withdrawal was possible, I requested a withdrawal again. However, my winnings were confiscated on the grounds of using unauthorized automated tools or AI software.

Of course, I have not used such tools, and I'm not aware of any issues.

I got the winnings from a bonus. I checked the terms and conditions and was careful about the bet amount.

It's a slot game called aztec cluster.
