Više puta sam pokušao da kontaktiram kazino, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor. Bojim se da se ne može mnogo postići bez njihove saradnje. Označiću žalbu kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem. Međutim, smanjenje ocene uzrokovano nerešenim žalbama može pomoći u promeni pristupa kazina. Ako kazino odluči da reaguje i reši vaš slučaj, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte.
Obično bih vam savetovao da podnesete žalbu licencnoj službi kazina kako bi se vaš slučaj dalje vodio; međutim, na veb stranici kazina Fortunica nema validatora licence, a primetio sam da im je prethodna licenca istekla prema Registru nosilaca licenci organa za igre na sreću Anžuana.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but have received no response at all. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react and resolve your case, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.
Usually, I would advise you to submit a complaint to the casino's licensing authority to pursue your case further; however, there is no licence validator on the Fortunica Casino webpage, and I noticed their previous license seems to have expired according to the Anjouan Gaming Authority Register of License Holders
