Zatražio sam isplatu sa Forzabeta 18. marta. Nikada nije obrađena, a zatim je kazino prestao da komunicira, uprkos imejlovima.
Pre nekoliko nedelja su poslali imejl sa promotivnim materijalom, ja sam odgovorio imejlom iznoseći zabrinutost zbog povlačenja i rekli su da će sprovesti istragu, ali onda smo ponovo naišli na radio tišinu.
Priložio sam sve dokaze.
Bilo bi mi drago da CG posreduje jer izgleda da je to jedino mesto gde kazino zapravo komunicira sa ljudima.
Pokušao sam da ovo rešim preko druge službe za žalbe. Kazino je pružio lažni snimak ekrana (koji je Askgamblers izgleda prihvatio) tvrdeći da sam uneo 2,75 u karticu LTC adrese. Ovo je laž. Takođe nije moguće (kao što ćete znati) da novčanik čak i prihvati menjačnicu kriptovaluta ako prefiks adrese ne odgovara odgovarajućem novčiću, a kamoli da ima tri cifre! Kada sam pozvao kazino, Askgamblers me je banovao.
Kazino je odbio da dostavi hešteg transakcije za uspešno povlačenje, tvrde da su obradili.
Ako je transakcija poslata, sve što kazino treba da uradi je da dostavi haštag.
1 - Gde je dokaz? Hešteg/datum i vreme transakcije?
2 - Kripto ne može potvrditi isplatu „na pogrešnu adresu", npr. ako pokušate da pošaljete BTC na LTC novčanik, novčanik će reći „ne može se izvršiti" ili „netačna adresa".
3 - Kao što možete videti iz mojih imejlova za praćenje i ćaskanja uživo koje je Forza otvorila, a na koje nikada nije odgovorila, povlačenje NIKADA nije potvrđeno jer NIKADA nisam dobio imejl sa potvrdom.

I requested a withdrawal from forzabet on March 18th. It was never processed and then the casino stopped engaging, despite emails.
They emailed a few weeks ago with a promo, I emailed back raising a concern about the withdrawal and they said they would do an investigation, but then we hit radio silence again.
I have attached all the evidence.
I would appreciate CG mediating as it seems to be the only place the casino actually engages with people.
I attaempted to sort this on another complaint service. The casino provided a fraudulent screenshot (which Askgamblers seemed to accept) claiming I entered 2.75 in the LTC address tab. This is a lie. It is also not possible (as you will be aware) for a crypto currency exchange to even be accepted by a wallet if the address prefix does not match the relevant coin, let alone be three digits! When I called the casino out Askgamblers banned me.
The caisno refused to supply the transaction hashtag for the successful withdrawal, they claim they processed.
If the transaction was sent, all the casino needs to do is provide the hashtag.
1 - Where is the proof? Transaction Hashtag/Date and Time?
2 - A withdrawal cannot be confirmed 'in the wrong address' by crypto e.g if you try and send BTC to an LTC wallet the wallet will say 'cannot be done' or 'incorrect address'.
3 - As you can see from my chasing emails and live chats that were opened and never responded to by Forza, the withdrawal was NEVER confirmed as I NEVER received a confirmation email.
