Želeo bih da potvrdim da sam upravo poslao sva dokumenta koja je Frumzi zahtevao putem imejla, uključujući:
- Dokaz o identitetu
- Selfi
- Selfi sa ličnom kartom
- Istorija transakcija za oktobar u originalnom formatu datoteke
U potpunosti sarađujem u procesu verifikacije.
Međutim, želeo bih da pokrenem jednu važnu pravnu zabrinutost u vezi sa Frumzijevim odgovorom.
Frumzi se oslanja na član 3.9 svojih Uslova i odredbi, navodeći da mogu zatvoriti nalog bez prethodne najave ili obrazloženja.
Iako razumem da operater može zadržati pravo da zatvori nalog, ova klauzula ne može legalno opravdati konfiskaciju sredstava igrača.
Čak i ako je nalog zatvoren:
- Sredstva ne smeju biti zaplenjena bez dokazanog kršenja Uslova
- Svaka konfiskacija mora biti potkrepljena jasnim dokazima
- Operator mora da dokaže prevaru, zloupotrebu ili nezakonitu aktivnost
Do danas:
- Nije utvrđeno nikakvo kršenje
- Nije navedena nijedna konkretna klauzula o uslovima (osim generičke klauzule o zaključenju)
- Nisu dati dokazi o nezakonitim radnjama
Takođe je važno napomenuti da:
- Nikada nisam koristio/la nikakav bonus
- Nikada mi nije traženo da završim KYC pre zatvaranja naloga
- Zahtev za KYC se pojavio tek nakon mog pokušaja povlačenja sredstava
Ovo izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost da se KYC koristi retroaktivno kako bi se opravdalo zatvaranje računa i poništavanje sredstava.
Sarađujem u dobroj veri, ali s poštovanjem molim da se od Frumzija zatraži da jasno pojasni:
1) Da li nameravaju da mi vrate stanje na računu nakon što se verifikacija završi
2) Na osnovu kojeg pravnog osnova su sredstva prvobitno poništena
3) Da li se navodi bilo kakvo konkretno nedolično ponašanje

I would like to confirm that I have just submitted all the documents requested by Frumzi by email, including:
- Proof of Identity
- Selfie
- Selfie with ID
- Transaction history for October in the original file format
I am fully cooperating with the verification process.
However, I would like to raise an important legal concern regarding Frumzi’s response.
Frumzi is relying on Section 3.9 of their Terms and Conditions, stating that they may close an account without prior notice or justification.
While I understand that an operator may reserve the right to close an account, this clause cannot legally justify the confiscation of player funds.
Even if an account is closed:
- Funds must not be seized without proven violation of the Terms
- Any confiscation must be supported by clear evidence
- The operator must demonstrate fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
To date:
- No breach has been identified
- No specific Terms clause (other than a generic closure clause) has been cited
- No evidence of wrongdoing has been provided
It is also important to note that:
- I never used any bonus
- I was never asked to complete KYC prior to the account closure
- The KYC request only appeared after my withdrawal attempt
This raises serious concerns that KYC is being used retroactively to justify the account closure and fund voiding.
I am cooperating in good faith, but I respectfully request that Frumzi be asked to clearly clarify:
1) Whether they intend to return my balance once verification is completed
2) On what legal basis the funds were initially voided
3) Whether any specific misconduct is alleged
