Prijavljujem kazino Frumzi u vezi sa mojim neplaćenim povlačenjem od 30 evra, koje je na čekanju već više od 12 dana, uprkos njihovim uslovima koji navode da povlačenja traju 3 radna dana.
Moj nalog je zamrznut i ne mogu da se prijavim. Kontaktirao sam njihovu podršku i rečeno mi je da je moj slučaj prosleđen nadležnom odeljenju i da ću dobiti obaveštenje imejlom. Prošlo je više od 5 dana bez odgovora.
Kasnije su me obavestili da je moj nalog zatvoren u skladu sa Uslovima i odredbama 9.3 i 9.4, ali nisu pružili nikakvo jasno objašnjenje ili dokaz.
Molim vašu pomoć u ponovnom otvaranju mog naloga, dobijanju objašnjenja i obradi moje isplate od 30 evra.

I am reporting Frumzi Casino regarding my unpaid withdrawal of 30 EUR, which has been pending for over 12 days, despite their terms stating withdrawals take 3 working days.
My account has been frozen, and I cannot log in. I contacted their support and was told my case was forwarded to the relevant department and I would receive an email update. More than 5 days have passed with no response.
They later informed me that my account was closed under Terms & Conditions 9.3 and 9.4, but they have not provided any clear explanation or evidence.
I request your assistance in getting my account reopened, receiving an explanation, and having my pending 30 EUR withdrawal processed.
