Podnosim ovu žalbu zbog kašnjenja u isplati koju sam zahtevao u kazinu Frumzi.

Dana 24.05.2026. zatražio sam isplatu od 300 evra putem TRX/TRC20.
Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan i nije mi tražena nikakva dodatna dokumentacija.
Povlačenje se i dalje prikazuje sa statusom „U pregledu".
Kontaktirao sam podršku uživo u nekoliko navrata i dobio sam nekoliko odgovora koji ukazuju da je povlačenje u završnoj fazi i da nije potrebna nikakva dalja akcija sa moje strane.
Uprkos ovim tvrdnjama, nije mi dostavljen nikakav procenjeni datum obrade i status povlačenja se nije promenio.
