Dobro veče svima, izgleda da kazino nije pratio diskusiju. Kritični datum je sada 24. mart 2024, 16:44 EET, kada je zahtev sa brojem (13256421) za zatvaranje mog naloga zbog zavisnosti od kockanja bio zadovoljen.
Pisao sam vam tada konkretno „Ovo je dopuna prethodnom zahtevu br. 12500451 „ZAHTEV ZA SAMOISKLjUČENjE"
Od 17. januara sam poslao zahtev za samoisključenje zbog zavisnosti. Ponovio sam ga 28. januara.
međutim, niste ga sproveli u delo, zbog čega sam od tada izgubio veliku količinu novca
Obaveštavam vas da ću zahtevati nadoknadu iznosa koji sam izgubio/la
od prvog zahteva koji sam podneo i tražim njegov povratak"
Ovaj zahtev je stoga prihvaćen 24.3.2024.
Dakle, kao što je samo po sebi očigledno, pretpostavlja se da ste me od 24.3.2024. isključili (opet sa zakašnjenjem i što je rezultiralo dodatnim gubitkom novca).
Ali od 24.3.2024. izgubio sam veliku količinu novca i tražim da mi je vrati.
