TRAŽE IZJAVE, ŠALjE TO, ODBIJU JER KAŽU DA NE MOGU DA PROČITAJU ŠTA JE TAMO ŠTAMPANO, TAKO VAM ŠALjEM OVDE AKO JE TO U redu, DA VIDITE ZAŠTO TO RADE, ALI DA SAM TAKO ŠALjEM SA TIM KARTICAMA??? MISLIM IMAM NjIHOVE ODGOVORE SAMO U ČETU ZA PODRŠKU POŠTO NE ODGOVARAJU NA MOJ E-MEJL OD NOVEMBRA, TIM ZA PODRŠKU KAŽE DA ĆE ME OBAVESTITI NA MOJOJ I-MEJLU ALI TO NIKAD NE RADE.
O DRUGIM DOKUMENTIMA SKORO SVI,MOJ LIČNI PASOŠ OSTALI NAČINI PLAĆANjA,SKRILL I sl., SU ODOBRENI, OSIM OVIH SELFIJA KOJE OD ME TRAŽE, ŠTO JE NEMOGUĆE AKO PAŽLjIVO PROČITATE ZAŠTO JE MOGUĆE.
DO DANAS SAM POSLAO ČAK 50 DOKUMENTA SELFIJE LIČNI PASOŠ I BANKE.

MY LAST COMUNICATION WITH BANK WAS TODAY ,17 FEBRUARY 2025,
THE BANK IS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY,CROATIA,AND FROM THE BANK THEY SAID THAT DO NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERANCE IF IM IN PERSON THERE IN THEIR BRANCH OFFICES ,AND ASKING FOR THE DOCUMENT,THEY STILL CANT FIND OR PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CARDS.
BUT I PROVIDED ALREADYY SITE WITH STATEENTS SINCE THEY SAID SEND THAT INSTEAD OF CARDS,BUT THEN AGAIN I WAS TOLD TO SEND CARDS,AND SO ON,ONCE THEY SAY TO SEND CARDS,WHEN I EXPLAIN ABOUT THE CARDS,WHICH IS EXPIRED AND ONE DESTROYED, THEY ASK FORR STATEMENTS,IM SENDING THAT,THEY REFUSE BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT CANT READ WHAT IS PRINTED THERE,IM SENDING YOU EXACTSAME TO YOU HERE IF THAT IS OK,TO SEE WHY THEY DOING THAT,BUT THEN AGAIN IM BEING ASKEDTO SEND SELFIE WITH THOSE CARDS??? I MEAN I HAVE THEIR RESPONSE ONLY ON SUPPORT CHAT SINCE THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MY EMAIL SINCE NOVEMBER,SUPPORT TEAM SAY THEY WILL INFORM ME ON MY EMAIL BUT THEY NEVER DO THAT.
ABOUT OTHERS DOCUMENTS ALMOST ALL,MY ID PASSPORT OTHER PAYMENTS METHODS,SKRILL ETC,ARE APPROVED ,EXCEPT THESE SELFIES THAT THEY ASK ME TO DO,WHICH IS IMPOSIBLE IF YOU READ CAREFULLY WHY IS THAT SO IMPOSIBLE.
AS OF TODAY I SENT AS MUCH AS 50DOCUMENTS SELFIES ID PASSPORT ,AND BANK DETAILS.
IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATIONS PLEASE ASK ME SINCE I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO PROVIDE AS SUCH REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
