Nikada ranije nisam uspešno podigao novac, ali do ovog pokušaja nisam ni pokušao jer sam tamo igrao samo u dva navrata. Pridružio sam se u novembru 2024. godine kada sam igrao i izgubio, tako da nisam pokušao podizanje. Zatim, u novembru ove godine, uplatio sam 140 funti i osvojio 450 funti, što je i pokušaj podizanja.
Nije bilo bonusa. Zanimljivo je, međutim, da su me naterali da igram sa svojim depozitom, što nikada nisam imao u drugim kazinima. To znači da je 140 funti koje sam uplatio moralo biti u potpunosti klađeno pre nego što bi odobrili zahtev za isplatu - to sam saznao tek kada sam pokušao da podignem 500 funti, ali nisam mogao ni da podnesem zahtev za isplatu, pa sam morao da igram malo više. Nije veliki problem, ali je to prva crvena zastavica.
Kažu da je razlog za otkazivanje prethodnog pokušaja podizanja nakon 12 dana bio provajder plaćanja. Neki iz korisničke službe krive moju banku, a drugi su rekli da je to njihov provajder plaćanja. Pozvao sam svoju banku koja uopšte nema evidenciju o pokušaju transakcije, tako da to deluje samo kao izgovori. Pored toga, nisu me zamolili da uradim bilo šta drugačije osim da ponovo pokušam podizanje.
Zahtev za isplatu je vraćen na Mastercard debitnu karticu sa kojom sam uplatio novac. Nešto što sam mnogo puta uradio bez problema sa drugim kazinima.

I've never made a successful withdrawal before but until this one I'd never tried as I have only played there on two occasions. I joined back in November 2024 when I played and lost, so no withdrawal attempt. Then in November this year I deposited £140 and won £450, which is the attempted withdrawal.
There was no bonus. Interestingly though they made me play through my deposit which I've never had on other casinos. Meaning the £140 I deposited had to be fully wagered before they would allow a withdrawal request - I only found this out when I tried to withdraw £500 but I couldn't even submit the withdrawal request, so had to play a little more. Not a major issue but the first red flag.
They say that the reason for the cancellation of the previous withdrawal attempt after 12 days was due to the payment provider. Some of the customer service blame my bank and others have said it is their payment provider. I called my bank who have no record of an attempted transaction at all, so it just seems like excuses. Plus they haven't asked me to do anything differently other than just try the withdrawal again.
The withdrawal request is back on the mastercard debit card that I deposited with. Something I've done many times without issue with other casinos.
