Good morning, I paid €20 at this casino and would like to withdraw €100. However, they only offer the option of withdrawing with crypto or by credit card. My bank is rejecting the payment due to security concerns, which I have informed the casino. I requested a transfer, and it was forwarded to the responsible department, but I keep getting the same response: it will take longer because it's supposedly a sensitive issue. We're talking about a transfer, which shouldn't be a sensitive issue these days. I've also tried withdrawing with a different credit card, but this is always rejected or the withdrawal is canceled. Since yesterday, the only option is to withdraw crypto without a credit card; I don't own any cryptocurrencies. I'm asking for help because the casino is uncooperative.

Guten Morgen ich zahlte in diesem casino 20€ und möchte 100€ auszahlen lassen, allerdings gibt es hier nur die Option mit crypto auszuzahlen, oder mit Kreditkarte. Meine Bank lehnt die Zahlung wegen Sicherheitsbedenken ab was ich dem casino mitgeteilt habe. Ich bat um Überweisung es wurde an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet, allerdings bekomme ich immer das selbe zu hören das es noch dauert, weil es angeblich ein heikles thema wäre. Wir reden von einer Überweisung was im diesem Zeitalter kein heikles thema darstellen sollte. Ich habe auch versucht über eine andere Kreditkarte abzuheben dies wird immer abgelehnt bzw die Auszahlung storniert. Seit gestern gibt es jetzt nur noch die Option crypto ohne Kreditkarte auszuzahlen ich besitze keine cryptowährungen. Ich bitte um Hilfe, weil das casino unkooperativ ist.

If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be offered for withdrawals too; also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
