Gledajući ih kako igraju tamo, stekao sam utisak da je Gamdom legitiman i pouzdan kazino. Na osnovu tog poverenja, 05.06.2026. u 09:42 sam uplatio depozit na svoj Gamdom račun. I am filing this complaint because Gamdom has been withholding my winnings for more than 20 days without any explanation or meaningful communication.
I decided to play on Gamdom after watching well-known streamers such as Baka Prase and Lux27, who streamed and played on the site. Seeing them play there gave me the impression that Gamdom was a legitimate and trustworthy casino. Based on that trust, on 05.06.2026 at 09:42 I made a deposit to my Gamdom account. However, when I later attempted to withdraw my winnings, I was told that Verification Level 3 (proof of funds) was required before my withdrawal could be processed.
I cooperated fully and promptly with all verification requests:
1. ID verification — submitted and approved instantly
2. Address verification — submitted and approved instantly
3. Proof of funds — submitted over 20 days ago and still pending with no update
Since submitting my proof of funds documents, I have received no respons from their side they are always telling me that it can take few days to couple of days, no explanation for the delay, and no timeline for when the review will be completed. I have contacted Gamdom support by email multiple times, and my messages are being ignored or answered with generic responses that resolve nothing.
For comparison, I have played on other casinos such as Stake and have never experienced anything like this — withdrawals were processed without my money being held hostage to an endless verification process. This makes Gamdom's behavior stand out even more.
I have also read numerous reports on both AskGamblers and Casino Guru from other players describing the exact same pattern: Gamdom approving basic KYC quickly, then holding player funds indefinitely at the "proof of funds" stage without explanation and without responding to emails. This appears to be a recurring practice, not an isolated incident, and it makes me genuinely worried about the safety of my funds.
A reasonable KYC/AML review should not take more than a few business days once documents are submitted. Twenty or more days of silence is not a verification process — it is withholding a player's money without justification.
I am requesting the following:
1. Immediate completion of my proof of funds review, or a clear written explanation of exactly what is missing or insufficient in my documents
2. Processing and payment of my full withdrawal of 3193.17$
3. A direct response from Gamdom to my emails
I have fulfilled every requirement asked of me and simply want to receive my money. I am happy to provide screenshots of my deposit confirmation, the verification screens, my submitted documents, and my unanswered emails to support this complaint.
