Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv Gamdom.com u vezi sa nepravednom zaplenom mojih sredstava i zatvaranjem naloga.
Problem:
Uplatio sam 10 američkih dolara na svoj račun i uspešno završio KYC verifikaciju nivoa 2. Nakon što sam pošteno igrao na platformi, uspeo sam da povećam svoj saldo na 118 američkih dolara.
Kada sam pokušao prvi put da podignem 20 dolara, bilo je onemogućeno. Kontaktirao sam podršku uživo i obavestili su me da je moj nalog „u pregledu". Strpljivo sam čekao više od 9 dana, tokom kojih sam nastavio da proveravam ažuriranja.
Ishod:
Danas, posle više od 9 dana, Gamdom mi je zabranio nalog. Vratili su mi samo 35 američkih dolara i zaplenili preostalih 83+ američkih dolara. Tvrdili su da sam prekršio njihove Uslove i odredbe, ali nisu pružili nikakav konkretan dokaz ili detalje o tome koje je pravilo prekršeno.
Moj stav:
Igrao sam strogo po pravilima i poštovao sve smernice „fer-pleja". Ovo deluje kao prevara kako bi se izbegla isplata legitimnog pobednika. Imam snimke ekrana mog stanja i statusa verifikacije.

I am filing this complaint against Gamdom.com regarding the unfair seizure of my funds and account closure.
The Issue:
I deposited 10 USD into my account and successfully completed my Level 2 KYC verification. After playing fairly on the platform, I managed to increase my balance to $118 USD.
When I attempted my first withdrawal of $20, it was disabled. I contacted Live Support, and they informed me that my account was "under review." I waited patiently for over 9 days, during which I continued to check for updates.
The Outcome:
Today, after more than 9 days, Gamdom banned my account. They released only $35 USD to me and seized the remaining $83+ USD. They claimed that I violated their Terms and Conditions but failed to provide any specific proof or details regarding which rule was broken.
My Stand:
I have played strictly by the rules and followed all "fair play" guidelines. This feels like a scam to avoid paying out a legitimate winner. I have screenshots of my balance and my verification status.
I request CasinoGuru to intervene and help me recover my remaining balance.
