Na osnovu stanja na vašem računu, u trenutku zatvaranja nije bilo pravog novca koji se može isplatiti – samo bonus sredstva. Based on the balance in your account, there was no withdrawable real-money balance at the time of closure – only bonus funds. Bonus funds are promotional credits provided by the casino and cannot be considered real money. Additionally, bonus funds are not guaranteed for wagering completion or withdrawal, and the casino is not obliged to allow continuation of bonus play in all situations.
We would also like to clarify that we do not investigate internal reasons for account closures when there is no withdrawable real-money balance involved.
Since there is no disputed withdrawal or withheld real-money winnings, your complaint does not fall within the scope of cases we are able to assess further.
