Žalba protiv GangstaCasino-a u vezi sa velikim kašnjenjima u isplati i zadržavanjem sredstava
Igrao sam u GangstaCasino-u pre nekog vremena, ali podnosim ovu žalbu jer je ponašanje sajta i rukovanje mojim sredstvima bilo apsolutno zlonamerno.
Prvi put sam igrao na ovoj stranici 14. marta 2026. godine. Uspeo sam da osvojim značajnu količinu novca za sebe, ali se jako mučim da podignem ceo iznos.
Proces povlačenja je toliko spor da nije jasno kada su sredstva zapravo stigla na moj račun. Stoga ću navesti datume na osnovu statusa prikazanog na veb-sajtu:
14. mart 2026: Obrađeno (Plaćeno)
24. mart 2026: Obrađeno (Plaćeno)
15. maj 2026: Obrađeno (Plaćeno)
19. maj 2026: Zahtevano (Na čekanju)
Prošlo je 33 dana od mog zahteva za isplatu 19. maja, a još uvek nisam primio svoj novac. Pored toga, na računu mi je i dalje preostalo 1.941 evra.
Kada sam se ranije raspitivao, korisnička podrška me je obavestila da se isplate obično obrađuju u roku od 3 radna dana. Trenutno kašnjenje je više od 11 puta duže od njihovog standardnog vremenskog okvira.
Završio/la sam sve KYC (Know Your Customer) verifikacije bez ikakvog odlaganja, a KYC stranica na veb-sajtu jasno navodi da je moja verifikacija u potpunosti završena.
Ne znam da li se suočavaju sa finansijskim poteškoćama, ali apsolutno odbijaju da odobre moje povlačenje.

Complaint against GangstaCasino regarding severe withdrawal delays and withheld funds
I used to play at GangstaCasino a while ago, but I am filing this complaint because the site's behavior and handling of my funds have been absolutely malicious.
I played on this site for the first time on March 14, 2026. I managed to win a substantial amount of money for me, but I have been struggling immensely to withdraw the full balance.
The withdrawal process is so slow that it is unclear when the funds actually hit my account. Therefore, I will list the dates based on the status shown on the website:
March 14, 2026: Processed (Paid)
March 24, 2026: Processed (Paid)
May 15, 2026: Processed (Paid)
May 19, 2026: Requested (Pending)
It has been 33 days since my withdrawal request on May 19th, and I have still not received my money. On top of that, I still have a remaining balance of €1,941 in my account.
When I inquired in the past, customer support informed me that withdrawals are typically processed within 3 business days. The current delay is more than 11 times longer than their standard timeframe.
I have completed all KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications without any delay, and the KYC page on the website clearly states that my verification is fully completed.
I do not know if they are facing financial difficulties, but they are absolutely refusing to approve my withdrawal.
I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
