Pre svega, želeo bih da razjasnim da nisam ispravio niti promenio svoju adresu e-pošte. Koristim istu adresu e-pošte sa kojom sam se prvobitno registrovao i u GGbet kazinu i u Casino Guru-u. Stoga je svaka sugestija da su moji podaci e-pošte bili različiti netačna.
Ljubazno vas molim da ne dajete nikakve izjave koje bi mogle pogrešno predstaviti moje postupke ili uticati na to kako se ovo pitanje doživljava u javnosti. Transparentnost i tačnost su neophodne za pravedno rešavanje ovog spora.
Hvala vam na odgovoru. Moram snažno da osporim tvrdnju da sam kreirao više od jednog naloga na GGbet-u.
Samo jedan nalog: Otvorio/la sam samo jedan nalog, 22. jula 2025. godine, i nikada nisam pokušao/la da registrujem duplirane ili sekundarne naloge.
Bez prevarnih aktivnosti: Koristio/la sam samo jedan način plaćanja, na svoje ime, i za depozite i za isplate. Nema dokaza o prevari, zloupotrebi bonusa ili manipulaciji sa više naloga.
Zahtev za potpune dokaze: Iako pominjete da su poslati „relevantni dokazi", moram insistirati da svaka tvrdnja o dupliranju bude potkrepljena proverljivim, detaljnim zapisima, kao što su:
Zapisi IP adresa navodno pokazuju više od jednog naloga na moje ime. Međutim, moram da naglasim da nikada nisam dao dozvolu kompaniji GGbet da pristupi mojoj IP adresi ili lokaciji uređaja. Za razliku od drugih licenciranih kazina, GGbet nikada nije tražio pristup ovim podacima. Stoga, ako GGbet tvrdi da se oslanja na dokaze zasnovane na IP adresi, to postavlja veoma ozbiljno pitanje: kako je kompanija dobila i obradila moje lične podatke bez mog izričitog pristanka? Prema Opštoj uredbi o zaštiti podataka (GDPR), svaka obrada ličnih podataka zahteva zakonski osnov (član 6, GDPR) i mora biti transparentna za nosioca podataka. Ako GGbet koristi moju IP adresu bez mog znanja ili pristanka, to može predstavljati nezakonitu obradu podataka.

I svaka druga dokumentacija na koju se oslanjate za ovu odluku.
Ako ne postoje takvi proverljivi dokazi, onda je blokiranje mog računa i zadržavanje 4.678 evra nezakonita i neopravdana radnja.
Problem transparentnosti: Kao što sam već istakao, praksa kompanije GGbet da ne uključuje korisnički ID u svoju verifikacionu e-poštu, a zatim odbija da pruži ovaj ID na zahtev, izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa transparentnošću i usklađenošću sa Opštom uredbom o zaštiti podataka (GDPR). Prema članu 15 GDPR-a (Pravo pristupa), imam pravo da od kontrolora dobijem potvrdu o tome da li se moji lični podaci obrađuju i da dobijem pristup tim podacima u jasnom, razumljivom formatu. Odbijanje da pružim svoj korisnički ID — koji je lični podatak koji se odnosi na mene — predstavlja direktno kršenje ovog prava.
Moja prava: I Zakon EU o zaštiti potrošača i Opšta uredba o zaštiti podataka zahtevaju da ugovorni uslovi i aktivnosti obrade podataka budu transparentni, pošteni i zasnovani na dokazima. Nejasno pominjanje „dupliranih naloga" bez potkrepljujućih dokaza nije prihvatljivo prema ovim pravnim okvirima.
Shodno tome, sada ponovo formalno zahtevam:
Neposredno otkrivanje svih podataka i dokaza na koje se oslanjate za tvrdnju o dupliranom nalogu; ili
U odsustvu takvih dokaza, hitno vraćanje mog računa i isplata mojih 4.678 evra.
I dalje sam spreman da ovo pitanje rešim prijateljskim putem, ali samo na osnovu transparentnosti i proverljivih dokaza.

First of all, I would like to clarify that I have not corrected or changed my email address. I am using the same email address that I originally registered with at both GGbet Casino and Casino Guru. Therefore, any suggestion that my email details were different is inaccurate.
I kindly ask that no statements be made that could misrepresent my actions or affect how this matter is perceived publicly. Transparency and accuracy are essential for resolving this dispute fairly.
Thank you for your response. I must strongly dispute the claim that I have created more than one account with GGbet.
Single Account Only: I have opened only one account, on 22 July 2025, and I have never attempted to register any duplicate or secondary accounts.
No Fraudulent Activity: I have used only one payment method, in my own name, for both deposits and withdrawals. There is no evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or multiple-account manipulation.
Request for Full Evidence: While you mention that "relevant evidence" has been sent, I must insist that any claim of duplication be supported with verifiable, detailed records, such as:
IP address logs allegedly showing more than one account in my name. However, I must stress that I have never granted GGbet permission to access my IP address or device location. Unlike other licensed casinos, GGbet never requested access to this data. Therefore, if GGbet claims to rely on IP-based evidence, this raises a very serious question: how did the company obtain and process my personal data without my explicit consent? Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all processing of personal data requires a lawful basis (Article 6, GDPR) and must be transparent to the data subject. If GGbet is using my IP address without my knowledge or consent, this may amount to unlawful data processing.

And any other documentation on which you rely for this decision.
If no such verifiable evidence exists, then blocking my account and withholding €4,678 is an unlawful and unjustified action.
Transparency Issue: As I have already highlighted, GGbet’s practice of not including a user ID in its verification email and then refusing to provide this ID on request raises serious concerns about transparency and compliance with GDPR. Under Article 15, GDPR (Right of Access), I am entitled to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether my personal data are being processed, and to receive access to that data in a clear, intelligible format. Refusing to provide my user ID — which is personal data relating to me — is a direct violation of this right.
My Rights: Both EU Consumer Protection Law and GDPR require that contractual terms and data processing activities be transparent, fair, and evidence-based. A vague reference to "duplicate accounts" without supporting proof is not acceptable under these legal frameworks.
Accordingly, I now formally request again:
Immediate disclosure of all data and evidence on which you rely for the duplicate account allegation; or
In the absence of such evidence, the immediate reinstatement of my account and the release of my €4,678.
I remain willing to resolve this matter amicably, but only on the basis of transparency and verifiable evidence.
