Podnosim ovu žalbu jer mi nedostaje 21.000 evra od dobitaka u kazinu zbog neuspelih isplata preko Gizbo-ovog procesora plaćanja, VerserPay.
Dana 20. avgusta u 02:00 sam zatražio isplatu u ukupnom iznosu od 40.205,50 € (40 × 1.000 €, 1 x 205,50 €). Moja banka (Revolut) je istog dana u 09:05 odbila i vratila 24 transakcije na VerserPay, a 1 je ostavila na čekanju na mom računu. Nakon tog obima transakcija, Revolut je blokirao i ograničio sve dolazne ili odlazne transakcije. (Limit za isplatu je 1000 €)
Do sada mi je Gizbo Casino vratio samo 3.000 evra 29. avgusta, rekavši da će vratiti partije, sada 2 dana kasnije, 31.08., tvrde da ih je VerserPay obavestio da je preostalih 21.000 evra „stiglo do mene". To nije istina — Revolut je pismeno potvrdio da je svih 24 plaćanja odbijeno i da nijedno nije uplaćeno na moj račun.
Više puta sam tražio od Gizbo Casino-a da ovo eskalira odeljenju za pomirenje VerserPay-a i da mi dostavi dokaz o kreditnoj sposobnosti (SEPA potvrda / end-to-end referentni ID-ovi) ako zaista veruju da mi je novac poslat. Oni nisu pružili takav dokaz.
U ovom trenutku:
Revolut potvrđuje da su sva plaćanja vraćena na VerserPej.
Gizbo/VerserPay prikazuju samo primljenih 3.000 evra i odbijaju da istraže nedostajućih 21.000 evra.
Moja sredstva su zaglavljena u neizvesnosti, a Gizbo ne preuzima odgovornost.
Danas, 1. septembra, kažu da moram da čekam 20 dana, ali ja odbijam jer su sve uplate vraćene u isto vreme.
Ova situacija je meni i mojoj porodici prouzrokovala ozbiljne finansijske poteškoće. Ljubazno molim CasinoGuru da posreduje u ovom slučaju i zahtevam od Gizbo Casino-a i VerserPay-a da pronađu i vrate nedostajućih 21.000 evra.

I am submitting this complaint because I am missing €21,000 of my casino winnings due to failed withdrawals through Gizbo’s payment processor, VerserPay.
On 20th August at 02:00 I requested withdrawals totalling €40,205.50 (40× €1,000, 1x205.50 ). My bank (Revolut) rejected and reverted 24 transactions back to VerserPay the same day at 09:05 and left 1 pending in my account, after that volume of transactions Revolut blocked and restricted any incoming or outgoing transactions. ( Limit for withdraw is 1000€ )
So far, Gizbo Casino has only credited me back €3,000 on 29th August saying they will come back batches, now 2 days later on 31.08 they are claiming that VerserPay informed them the remaining €21,000 "reached me." This is not true — Revolut has confirmed in writing that all 24 payments were rejected and none were credited to my account.
I have repeatedly asked Gizbo Casino to escalate this to VerserPay’s reconciliation department and to provide proof of credit (SEPA confirmation / End-to-End Reference IDs) if they truly believe the money was sent to me. They have provided no such proof.
At this moment:
Revolut confirms all payments were reverted back to VerserPay.
Gizbo/VerserPay only show €3,000 received and refuse to investigate the missing €21,000.
My funds are stuck in limbo, and Gizbo is not taking responsibility.
Today on 1st of September they saying I have to wait 20 days but I refuse because all payments were reverted in the same time.
This situation has caused me and my family severe financial distress. I kindly request CasinoGuru to mediate this case and require Gizbo Casino and VerserPay to trace and release the missing €21,000.
