Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan i ranije sam uspešno podigao sredstva. Međutim, ovaj trenutni zahtev je „Na čekanju" već 5 dana.
Korisnička podrška kazina je potpuno neodgovorna. Kada sam uspeo da ih ranije kontaktiram, tvrdili su da je kašnjenje zbog uskršnjih praznika, koji su se završili pre nedelju dana. Od tada ignorišu moje poruke na ćaskanju uživo i nisu odgovorili na moje imejlove.
Pošto je ovo kripto transakcija i moj nalog je u dobrom stanju, nema tehničkog razloga za kašnjenje od 5 dana. Verujem da kazino namerno odlaže isplatu.

My account is fully verified, and I have successfully withdrawn funds previously. However, this current request has been "Pending" for 5 days.
The casino's customer support is completely unresponsive. When I managed to reach them earlier, they claimed the delay was due to the Easter holidays, which ended a week ago. Since then, they have been ignoring my messages on Live Chat and have not replied to my emails.
As this is a crypto transaction and my account is in good standing, there is no technical reason for a 5-day delay. I believe the casino is intentionally stalling the payment.
