Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa nedostajućom isplatom povrata novca od približno 50 evra.
Tokom prethodnog perioda povrata novca, imao sam oko 500 evra neto gubitaka, što bi trebalo da rezultira povraćajem novca od oko 50 evra prema politici kazina.
Međutim, moj nalog je ostao u statusu „ograničene funkcionalnosti" zbog problema sa plaćanjem, iako je taj problem već bio u potpunosti rešen i sredstva su uspešno vraćena na moj bankovni račun.
Pored toga, moj nalog je i dalje ograničen i ne mogu normalno da pristupim kazinu. Mogu da pristupim samo odeljku za isplatu, što potvrđuje da je ograničenje i dalje na snazi.
Zbog ovog ograničenja, povraćaj novca nije automatski pripisan.
Želeo bih da naglasim da:
Problem nisam ja izazvao/la
Vraćeni iznos nikada nije bio dostupan za igranje
Situacija je već bila rešena pre nego što je povraćaj novca dospeo
Ograničenje naloga je i dalje aktivno i van moje kontrole
Prema uslovima samog kazina, povraćaj novca je bez klađenja, što znači da bi trebalo da bude moguće povući ga bez ograničenja.
Stoga, zahtevam od kazina:
Ručno dodeljuje nedostajući povraćaj novca
Omogućava mi da ga povučem kako je predviđeno
Kontaktirao sam kazino više puta, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.

I would like to file a complaint regarding a missing cashback payment of approximately €50.
During the previous cashback period, I had around €500 in net losses, which should result in a cashback of about €50 according to the casino’s policy.
However, my account remained in "limited functionality" status due to a payment issue, even though this issue had already been fully resolved and the funds were successfully returned to my bank account.
Additionally, my account is still restricted, and I am unable to access the casino normally. I can only access the withdrawal section, which confirms that the restriction is still in place.
Because of this restriction, the cashback was not credited automatically.
I would like to emphasize that:
The issue was not caused by me
The refunded amount was never available for gameplay
The situation had already been resolved before the cashback was due
The account restriction is still active and outside of my control
According to the casino’s own terms, the cashback is wager-free, meaning it should be withdrawable without restrictions.
Therefore, I request that the casino:
Manually credits the missing cashback
Allows me to withdraw it as intended
I have contacted the casino multiple times but have not received any response.
