Podnosim ovu zvaničnu žalbu protiv kompanije Goldenbet zbog teških, namernih kršenja propisa o kockanju, uslova licence, zakona o odgovornom kockanju, prava potrošača i njihovih objavljenih politika. Ovo nije jednostavan spor oko dobitaka – ovo je dokazan slučaj nezakonitog poslovanja, prevare, loše vere i uznemiravanja ranjivog kupca. Svaka činjenica navedena u nastavku je pismeno potvrđena od strane kompanije Goldenbet, uključujući i podatke iz njihovog sopstvenog Odeljenja za usklađenost i evidencije transakcija.
🔴 1. NELEGALNO PONOVO OTVARANjE NALOGA – CEO PROBLEM JE NEVAŽEĆI
U 2025. godini sam zatražio da se moj nalog TRAJNO ZATVORI / SAMOISKLjUČI zbog štete od kockanja. Goldenbet je potvrdio da je to učinjeno, pravno obavezujuće i nepovratno.
Prema **pravilima Komisije za kockanje Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva** i **sopstvenoj politici kompanije Goldenbet**:
> Kada se jednom samoisključite, NIKADA ne smete ponovo otvoriti, reaktivirati ili dozvoliti pristup tom nalogu. Bez izuzetaka.
**Ali 2026. godine, uradili su upravo suprotno:**
- Tražio/la sam resetovanje lozinke → poslato ODMAH (za manje od 2 minuta)
- Račun potpuno otvoren → BEZ provera, BEZ pitanja, BEZ upozorenja
- **Oni ovo priznaju pismeno:** *„Ponovo otvoreno BEZ barijera, BEZ provera, BEZ sprovedenih bezbednosnih procedura."*
**ZBOG OVOGA:**
Svaka opklada, svaki depozit, svaka dobit ili poraz — **NIŠTA OD TOGA NIJE PRAVNO VAŽEĆE.**
Prvo su prekršili zakon. Prvo su prekršili sopstvena pravila. Dozvolili su mi da igram kada sam bio zakonski zaštićen i trebalo je da budem blokiran zauvek. **Čitava aktivnost je ništavna od samog početka.**
🔴 2. ŠTA SE DESILO – SAMO ČINjENICE
- Ukupno sam uplatio **80,00 funti** (potvrđeno u njihovim evidencijama)
- Igrao sam ~2 sata na kabare ruletu
- Moj saldo je dostigao **1.510,00 funti**
- Agent **Jero je napisao: „Sve je u redu, MOŽETE da podignete svih 1.510 funti"**
- **5 minuta kasnije → RUČNO SU SVE UZELI:**
Istorija transakcija prikazuje: **„Sistemsko povlačenje £1,510.00 – Uspešno"**
- Zatim su blokirali povlačenje sredstava, zamrznuli račun i počeli da izmišljaju izgovore: *duplikat računa, prekršena pravila itd.* — **SVE SU LAŽI**, dokazane sopstvenim evidencijama i imejlovima o usklađenosti.
🔴 3. JASNA POZICIJA: NIJEDNA POBEDA NIJE BILA „STVARNA" – JER SU PREKRŠILI ZAKON
**Da budem 100% jasan:**
NE tvrdim da je ovo „legitimna pobeda" u uobičajenom smislu — **JER SU ME NEZAKONITO PONOVO OTVORILI.**
Da su poštovali zakon i svoja pravila, NIKADA ne bih mogao da se prijavim, uplatim novac ili uopšte igram. **Ništa od ovoga nije trebalo da se desi.**
✅ Šta tvrdim:
1. **80,00 funti → POTPUNI POVRAĆAJ mog depozita** — NISU IMALI PRAVO da ga uzmu, prekršili su zakon time što su mi dozvolili da igram
2. **1.510,00 funti → POVRAT sredstava koja su nezakonito uzeli sa mog računa** — to je bio moj novac, nisu imali pravo da ga zaplene
3. **2.910,00 £ → PUNA NAKNADA** — za:
- Kršenje strogih zakona o odgovornom kockanju
- Nezakonito ponovno otvaranje samoisključenog igrača
- Nedelje laži, svađa, optužbi i prepirki
- **OGROMAN STRES, anksioznost i uznemirenost** su mi izazvali — samo sam želela da odem, otežali su mi život
**UKUPNO: 4.500,00 £**
Ovo NIJE „proglašenje pobede" — ovo je **pravda za ono što su pogrešili**, da se ovo zauvek završi i ispravi. To je pravedno, razumno i potpuno opravdano zakonom i njihovim sopstvenim priznanjima.
🔴 4. NjIHOVI IZGOVORI SU SVE DOKAZANE LAŽI
❌ *„Duplikat naloga"* → Provere se dešavaju trenutno. Da je tako, blokirali bi me PRE nego što sam igrao. To su rekli tek NAKON što sam dobio novac.
❌ *„Sistemski pad / greška"* → Zakon kaže da ako sistemi otkažu, osoblje MORA ručno da proveri. Nisu uradili NIŠTA.
❌ *„Prekršio si pravila"* → Prihvatili su svaku opkladu, svaki depozit, svaki potez BEZ ŽALBI dok nisu morali da plate. Ne možete kasnije izmišljati pravila.
✅ **Potvrđuje se usklađenost:** *„NISU pronađeni problemi, NISU izvršene provere, blokirano je samo NAKON pobede."*

Goldenbet:
✅ Prekršio zakon ponovnim otvaranjem samoisključenog igrača
✅ Prekršili su sopstvenu pisanu politiku
✅ Nezakonito su mi uzeli depozit

✅ Lagao/la je, svađao/la se i izazvao/la mi je ogroman stres
Ovo nije pitanje „pobede" — ovo je pitanje njihovog nezakonitog poslovanja i lošeg postupanja sa ranjivim klijentom. Molim Kazino Guru da presudi da je **svaka aktivnost ništavna zbog nezakonitog ponovnog otvaranja**, da im naloži da vrate sva uzeta sredstva i da plate odgovarajuću nadoknadu za svoje nezakonite radnje i prouzrokovanu patnju.

In 2025, I requested my account be PERMANENTLY CLOSED / SELF‑EXCLUDED due to gambling harm. Goldenbet confirmed this was done, legally binding, and irreversible.
Under **UK Gambling Commission rules** and **Goldenbet’s own policy**:
> Once self‑excluded, you MUST NEVER reopen, reactivate, or allow access to that account. No exceptions.
**But in 2026, they did exactly the opposite:**

**BECAUSE OF THIS:**

❌ *"Duplicate account"* → Checks happen instantly. If true, they would have blocked me BEFORE I played. Only said it AFTER I got money.
❌ *"Systems down / error"* → Law says if systems fail, staff MUST check manually. They did NOTHING.
❌ *"You broke rules"* → They accepted every bet, every deposit, every move WITHOUT COMPLAINT until they had to pay. You cannot invent rules later.
