Poštovani tim za žalbe CasinoGuru-a, danas sam primio imejl od Goldenbet-a u kojem se navodi da je moj nalog trajno zatvoren zbog navodnog kršenja njihovih Uslova i odredbi, tačnije Odeljka 10 (Politika protiv prevare) i Odeljka 12 (Politika povlačenja i povraćaja novca). U imejlu je takođe navedeno da je kao rezultat toga celokupno stanje na mom računu oduzeto.
Međutim, smatram da je ova akcija preduzeta bez valjanog opravdanja i želeo bih da istaknem sledeće: nikada nisam obavešten o konkretnom prekršaju koji sam navodno počinio.
Nije mi data prilika da odgovorim, branim se ili pružim bilo kakvo objašnjenje. Završio/la sam sve tražene procedure verifikacije, uključujući ponovljene KYC provere (najmanje šest puta), i dostavio/la sam svu potrebnu dokumentaciju.
Koristio sam samo jedan nalog, registrovan pod mojim pravim identitetom i finansiran isključivo mojim sopstvenim metodama plaćanja. Uslovi kompanije Goldenbet izgleda da im dozvoljavaju da konfiskuju sredstva po sopstvenom nahođenju, bez prethodne najave ili transparentnog obrazloženja, što smatram da se u ovom slučaju zloupotrebljava.

U potpunosti sam spreman da pružim svu prateću dokumentaciju, uključujući verifikaciju identiteta, evidenciju o depozitima, dokaz o plaćanju i istoriju računa.
Očigledno su me opljačkali i uzeli mi novac. Ne samo da su mi oduzeli dobitke, već su odbili i da mi vrate sredstva koja sam uplatio, a koja iznose desetine hiljada evra. Nisam uradio apsolutno ništa loše, igrao sam kao normalan korisnik, bez kršenja bilo kog njihovog uslova ili učešća u bilo kakvoj sumnjivoj aktivnosti. Tražili su od mene verifikaciju najmanje šest puta, i svaki put sam dostavio sva potrebna dokumenta. Uprkos tome što sam u potpunosti ispunio zahteve, oni nastavljaju da izmišljaju razloge za blokiranje mog računa i zadržavanje mojih sredstava bez ikakvog valjanog opravdanja.
Dear CasinoGuru Complaint Team, today I received an email from Goldenbet stating that my account had been permanently closed due to alleged violations of their Terms and Conditions specifically Section 10 (Anti-Fraud Policy) and Section 12 (Withdrawal and Refund Policy). The email also stated that my entire account balance had been forfeited as a result.
However, I believe this action was taken without valid justification, and I would like to highlight the following: I was never informed of the specific violation I allegedly committed.
I was not given an opportunity to respond, defend myself, or provide any explanation. I have completed all requested verification procedures, including repeated KYC checks (at least six times), and submitted all required documents.
I used only one account, registered under my real identity and funded exclusively with my own payment methods. Goldenbet’s terms appear to allow them to confiscate funds at their sole discretion, without prior notice or transparent justification, which I believe is being abused in this case.
I am respectfully requesting your assistance to: Help obtain a clear and detailed explanation of the alleged violation. Review whether the account closure and balance confiscation were legitimate. Seek the return of my deposited funds, at a minimum, if no provable fraud has occurred. I am fully prepared to provide any and all supporting documentation, including identity verification, deposit records, payment proof, and account history.
They have blatantly robbed me and taken my money. Not only did they confiscate my winnings, but they also refused to refund my own deposited funds, which total tens of thousands of euros. I have done absolutely nothing wrong I played like a normal customer, without violating any of their terms or engaging in any suspicious activity. They have requested verification from me at least six times, and I provided all required documents every single time. Despite complying fully, they continue to fabricate reasons to block my account and withhold my funds without any valid justification.
