Nažalost, na snimcima ekrana koje ste mi poslali, niste pomenuli zavisnost od kockanja ili probleme sa kockanjem kao razlog za zahtev za zatvaranje vašeg naloga. Imajte u vidu da možemo da zahtevamo povraćaj izgubljenih depozita samo u slučajevima kada igrač eksplicitno navede da pati od zavisnosti od kockanja i zatraži zatvaranje naloga, ali kazino ne reaguje na ovaj zahtev i dozvoljava dalje kockanje, što rezultira dodatnim gubicima.

Unfortunately, in the screenshots you sent me, you did not mention gambling addiction or gambling problems as the reason for requesting the closure of your account. Please note that we are only able to request a refund of lost deposits in cases where the player explicitly states that they are suffering from gambling addiction and asks for account closure, but the casino fails to act on this request and allows further gambling, resulting in additional losses.
Since addiction was not mentioned and your account is now closed, there is nothing more we can do to assist you.
