Već oko dve nedelje ne mogu da pristupim svom Goldepharaoh nalogu. Dobijam crvenu poruku o grešci i ne dozvoljava mi da se prijavim. Kontaktirao sam korisničku službu i rekli su mi da moji podaci više nisu u njihovoj bazi podataka. Kako je to moguće? Vidim da su malo izmenili veb stranicu, hmmm... Da li je moguće da su obrisali podatke kupaca koji su imali novac na svojim računima? Rekli su mi da moraju da verifikuju nekoga i da će morati ručno da unesu moje podatke i da će me kontaktirati putem e-pošte kada to urade. Prošlo je deset dana i nisam ništa dobio, pa sam danas ponovo kontaktirao korisničku službu. U ćaskanju su mi predložili da napravim novi nalog, a kada sam pitao šta će se desiti sa novcem na mom računu, rekli su mi da pošaljem e-poštu nekome po imenu Gilberto. Pitao sam da li će mi isplatiti stanje na računu ili će, u slučaju da napravim drugi nalog, prebaciti novac sa mog novog računa. Pitao sam da li kreiranje drugog naloga krši njihove uslove korišćenja, a nisu mi dali jasan odgovor, samo su mi rekli da će sve biti rešeno, a zatim su zatvorili čet.

For about two weeks now, I haven't been able to access my Goldepharaoh account. I get a red error message and it won't let me log in. I contacted customer service and they told me my information is no longer in their database. How is this possible? I see they've modified the website a bit, hmmm... Could it be that they've deleted the data of customers who had money in their accounts? They told me they have to verify someone and that they'll have to manually enter my information, and that they'll contact me by email when they've done that. Ten days have passed and I haven't received anything, so today I contacted customer service again. In the chat, they suggested I create a new account, and when I asked what would happen to the money in my account, they told me to send an email to someone named Gilberto. I asked if they're going to pay me the account balance or if, in the event I create another account, they'll transfer the money from my new account. I asked if creating another account violates their terms and conditions and they haven't given me a clear answer, they just told me that everything will be resolved and then they closed the chat.

Desde aproximadamente 2 semanas no puedo acceder a mi cuenta de goldepharaoh, me sale un error en rojo y no deja loguearse.Contacte atencion al cliente y me ha dicho que mis datos ya no estan en sus bases de datos? Como es posibble esto? Veo que han modificado un poco la pagina, hmmm.... Sera que han eliminado los datos de los clientes que tenian dinero dentro?Me han dicho que tienen que verificar no se quen y van a tener me meter mis datos manualmente y cuando lo haran me contactaran por correoo electornico. Han pasado 10 dias y no recibi nada y hoy volvi a contactar a atencion al cliente y en el chat me han sugerido que vuelva a crear otra cuenta nueva y cuando les pregunte que pasa con el dinero que tengo en la cuenta me han dicho que envie un correo a un tal gilberto. Pregunte de si me van a pagar el saldo de la cuenta o en el caso de que me crea otra cuenta me van a trasladar el dinero de mi nueva cuenta? pregunte de si crear otra cuenta no inflinge sus terminos y condiciones y no me han dado una respuesta clara solo em han dicho que todo se resolvera y me han cerrado el chat.
