Podneo/la sam više zahteva za povlačenje sredstava 21.05.2026. (600 €, 200 € i 790 €) i svi su ostali na razmatranju predugo.
Stanje sa mog računa je već oduzeto, ali povlačenja još uvek nisu odobrena ili obrađena.
Više puta sam kontaktirao ćaskanje uživo, međutim, ćaskanja su više puta prekidana bez jasnog odgovora. Takođe sam kontaktirao podršku putem e-pošte i dobio potvrdu da:
- moj nalog je u redu,
- nisu potrebni dodatni dokumenti za verifikaciju,
- i moje isplate se još uvek pregledaju u finansijskom odeljenju.
Kazino je izjavio da je standardno vreme obrade povlačenja do 3 radna dana, ali taj vremenski okvir je već prošao.
Tražim pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i primanju mojih čekajućih isplata.
I submitted multiple withdrawal requests on 21/05/2026 (€600, €200, and €790), and all of them have remained under review for an excessive amount of time.
My account balance was already deducted, but the withdrawals have still not been approved or processed.
I contacted live chat multiple times, however the chats were repeatedly disconnected without a clear answer. I also contacted support by email and received confirmation that:
- my account is in order,
- no additional verification documents are required,
- and my withdrawals are still being reviewed by the finance department.
The casino stated that the standard withdrawal processing time is up to 3 business days, but this timeframe has already passed.
I am requesting assistance in resolving this issue and receiving my pending withdrawals.
