On July 24, 2026, I deposited $29 worth of BTC into this casino. I asked if I could make a deposit with BTC, and they said yes, and that I would receive free spins and a 100% bonus, the standard first-time deposit bonus. So I did. I have to say that they gave me €7 to try the casino, and I had to play it a few times. I played it three more times after sending them my ID, credit card details, and with €200 in my account. They haven't validated my account, and they haven't credited my BTC deposit, let alone given me the free spins and the 100% bonus. They told me via chat that they would reply by email, which they haven't. I spent the €200 in case that was the reason, that they didn't want to pay me my winnings. I was foolish to gamble it, but I didn't want to get involved in this since it was a promotional offer.

The deposit history for the 25th shows there was an attempted withdrawal with the same money, which they have marked as overdue, just like the one I made the day before.

I've sent them a couple of emails and they haven't even replied.

I found out about them through email advertising and thought it was GRATOGANA. I had no problem registering or making a deposit. It showed up in their cashier as "in process," so they have proof of the deposit. The surprise came when I saw it was processed but the record showed it as expired. I have screenshots of everything. Thank you in advance, and I hope you can help me since they aren't even answering me. I've investigated, and it seems the casino does exist because initially, between RANA and GANA, there was a non-existent casino.

El dia 24 de julio 2026,hice un ingreso de 29 dolares en btc en este casino ,en el que me pregunte si podia hacer un ingreso con btc y me contestaron que si y que me daban tiradas y el 100% ,el bono normal por ser el primer ingreso. Y asi lo hice. tengo que decir que me dieron 7 euros para probar el casino y habia que jugarlo unas cuantas veces , lo jugue tres veces mas cuando les mande DNI ,tarjeta de credito, y con 200 euros en mi caja. ni me han validado la cuenta,y el deposito que hice con btc,me la han dado y menos las tiradas y el 100%. por el chat me digeron que me contestarian por correo . lo cual no han echo. me gaste los 200 por si era eso,que no querian pagarme lo ganado. que fui tonto en jugarlos ,pero no queria entrar en esto ya que era una promocion.

el dia 25 refleja el historial de deposito hubo un intento de cobro con el mismo dinero en el que lo tienen como vencida ,al igual que la que les hice el dia anterior..

les he mandado un par de correos y ni han contestado.

los conoci por propaganda en el correo y pense que era GRATOGANA no tuve ningun problema al registrarme ,ni al hacer el ingreso. salia registrado en su cajero como en proceso,por lo que tienen costancia del ingreso. la sorpresa es cuando veo que esta procesada y en el registro como vencida. tengo pantallazos de todo. os doy las gracias de antemano y espero me podais echar una mano ya que a mi ni me contestan.. he investigado y parece que el casino existe. porque al principio entre la RANA y GANA estaba un casino no existente.
