Pišem vam da bih podneo zvaničnu žalbu protiv HellSpin kazina u vezi sa lošim rukovanjem mojim nalogom, ometanjem mojih zahteva za povlačenje sredstava i očiglednim nepoštovanjem standarda odgovornog kockanja.

Nakon moje pobede, odmah sam započeo proces povlačenja i podneo svu traženu dokumentaciju, uključujući:

Fotografija za identifikaciju
Ostali dokumenti za identifikaciju i verifikaciju
Uprkos tome, moja isplata je otkazana bez valjanog obrazloženja, a od mene su tražena dodatna dokumenta koja nisu navedena u vašim uslovima i odredbama. Moji dobici su potom više puta vraćani na moj račun, što je na kraju dovelo do toga da sam nenamerno prokockao veliki deo iznosa koji sam nameravao da podignem. To nikada nije bila moja namera – od početka sam pokušavao da prestanem da se kockam i preduzeo sam jasne korake da ograničim svoju igru.
Verujem da ovakvo rešavanje moje situacije pokazuje:
Nepoštovanje mog zahteva za zatvaranje naloga
Manipulacija granicama samoisključivanja
Nametanje nerazumnih i nejasnih zahteva za verifikaciju koje su nastavili da traže čak i nakon što je moj nalog u potpunosti verifikovan (kao što možete videti u dokazima)
Nemarno rukovanje sredstvima koja su trebalo da budu zaštićena tokom procesa povlačenja
Pored toga što sam izgubio veliki deo svog dobitka, takođe sam se mnogo kockao za kratko vreme iako sam želeo da zatvorim svoj nalog! Zahtevam da se HellSpin Casino pozove na odgovornost i da mi se vrati preostali iznos mog dobitka, koji nisam mogao da podignem bez svoje krivice. Takođe želim da jasno stavim do znanja da imam opsežne dokaze, uključujući transkripte i snimke ekrana, koji potkrepljuju moje tvrdnje i spreman sam da ih pružim na zahtev.
Ako mi se ne pruži pravedno i blagovremeno rešenje, neću imati drugog izbora nego da pokrenem pravni postupak i prijavim ovaj slučaj drugim relevantnim regulatornim organima.

Dear Casino Guru Support,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against HellSpin Casino concerning the mishandling of my account, the obstruction of my withdrawal requests, and a clear failure to uphold responsible gambling standards.
On June 26th, I won a total of $22,000NZD on my HellSpin Casino account. However, prior to making these deposits, I explicitly requested that my account be closed due to growing concerns about my gambling habits. Rather than honoring my request, I received a dismissive and inappropriate response from support staff:
"E***, are you sure you’d want to do that? I can see you have a nice balance – instead, I can help you withdraw."
This response completely disregarded my request for self-exclusion and instead encouraged continued gambling, in direct conflict with responsible gambling obligations.
After my win, I immediately began the withdrawal process and submitted all requested documentation, including:
Proof of payments
Proof of address
Photo ID
Other identity and verification documents
Despite this, my withdrawal was canceled without valid justification, and I was asked for further documents not outlined in your terms and conditions. My winnings were then repeatedly returned to my account, which ultimately led to me unintentionally gambling away a large portion of the balance I had intended to withdraw. This was never my intention—I had been trying to stop gambling from the beginning and took clear steps to limit my play.
I believe this handling of my situation demonstrates:
A failure to honor my request for account closure
A manipulation of self-exclusion boundaries
The imposition of unreasonable and unclear verification demands which they continued to request even after my account was fully verified (as you can see in the evidence)
Negligent handling of funds that should have been protected during the withdrawal process
Ontop of loosing a big chunk of my winnings, I also gambled a lot in a short amount of time even though I wanted to close my account! I am requesting that HellSpin Casino be held accountable and that I be refunded the remaining balance of my winnings, which I was unable to withdraw through no fault of my own. I also want to make it clear that I have extensive evidence, including support transcripts and screenshots, to substantiate my claims and am prepared to provide them upon request.
If I am not provided with a fair and timely resolution, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action and report this matter to other relevant regulatory authorities.
