Tražim pomoć od Casino Guru-a kako bih dobio/la svoja legitimna sredstva i jasan razlog zašto je ova isplata zadržana.
Mogu da obezbedim snimke ekrana imejlova i ćaskanja uživo gde HolyLuck potvrđuje da uplata nije poslata i da nije naveden datum.
I requested a withdrawal of €5000 from HolyLuck on January 6th via bank transfer.
My account is fully verified. All documents were approved. There is no fraud, no bonus dispute, and no issue with my account.
HolyLuck confirmed in writing that my withdrawal has NOT been sent to the bank and that there is NO completion date.
Their own Terms state that withdrawals are processed within 2 banking days, but this timeframe has been clearly exceeded.
I have contacted live chat and email support many times. They only send generic messages such as "please wait" and "your request was forwarded," but they refuse to give any reason for the delay.
Today, support closed the chat without providing any explanation.
