Hi, my account was confirmed about a year ago, and I've applied for bonuses a couple of times. The last message came from there on March 15-25, stating that the relevant team had investigated the matter and the bonus had expired, even though it expires on September 1-25. By the way, the exact same thing happened to an acquaintance as it did to me, and it's about the same bonuses.
