Da bih objasnio svoj problem sa Immerion kazinom, postaviću imejl koji sam im poslao pre 3 dana. Takođe sam otpremio transkripte 2 razgovora sa predstavnikom kazina.

Imam ogroman problem i zaista se nadam da će biti rešen što je pre moguće, mislim da mora biti rešen najviše sutra. Imao sam nekoliko čekajućih isplata i izvršio sam 2 velika depozita u iznosu od 5.500 PLN, što je oko 1.300 EUR sa bonusom tada. Jedan mi je čak ponudio i vaš agent putem ćaskanja uživo. Tako da sam dobio neke lepe dobitke koristeći jedan od ovih bonusa, ali nakon toga je nekoliko mojih čekajućih isplata otkazano i sada ne mogu da koristim ovaj bonus kada još uvek imam nešto da uložim.
Zaista se nadam da će ovaj problem biti rešen skoro odmah. Zaista bih želeo da izbegnem pisanje žalbi na casino.guru (korisničko ime Mixer) i xxxxx (korisničko ime xxxxx). Neću dugo čekati jer imam veoma loša iskustva iz prošlosti u vašem kazinu. Možete pogledati ove slučajeve ispod. Inače, obrada isplata je u vašem kazinu u poslednje vreme mnogo bolja.

P.S. Dao sam im još 3 dana, ali problem i dalje nije rešen i nije dat nikakav vremenski okvir. Za sve ovo vreme sam ga nekoliko puta prijavio, ali sam dobijao samo ovu informaciju: „Hvala vam na strpljenju! Primili smo vaš zahtev i radimo na njemu. Obavestićemo vas čim budemo imali novosti. Cenimo vaše strpljenje!"
Kao što vidite, želeo sam da izbegnem objavljivanje ove žalbe, ali ovaj bonus ističe 12.04 (ostalo je još samo 6 dana) tako da više nisam mogao da rizikujem da mi bonus ili stvarni saldo budu otkazani.
Već sam pomenuo u svojoj prepisci sa kazinom da sam ovog puta reagovao tako brzo jer sam bio ignorisan nekoliko meseci kada sam imao različite probleme sa ovim kazinom u prošlosti. Tek nakon što sam ga prijavio, problem je rešen. Još jedan razlog zašto reagujem tako brzo je činjenica da moj bonus ističe 12.04, tako da mi je potrebno vreme da pokušam da ispunim uslove klađenja pre nego što se to desi.
Kao što je već pomenuto u ovoj prepisci, kada sam izvršio ova 2 depozita u iznosu od 5.500 PLN (oko 1.300 EUR) i dobio bonuse, moj stvarni saldo je bio 0. Moj trenutni bonus saldo je 16.878 PLN, što je oko 3.946 EUR. U međuvremenu, moje čekajuće isplate u iznosu od 7.200 PLN (oko 1.683 EUR) su otkazane i vraćene na stvarni saldo i sada bih morao da izgubim ovih 7.200 PLN da bih ponovo mogao da igram za bonus novac. Ne mogu da zahtevam isplatu sredstava sa mog stvarnog salda jer bi tada sav moj bonus saldo bio otkazan.
Biću vam veoma zahvalan na pomoći u ovom slučaju.

I had few pending withdrawals and I made 2 big deposits on the sum of 5 500 PLN which is around 1 300 EUR with a bonus then. One was even offered by your agent via live chat. So I got some nice winnings using one of these bonuses but after that few of my pending withdrawals got cancelled and now I can't use this bonus when I still have some wager to do.
I really hope that this problem will be resolved almost immediately. I really would like to avoid writing complaints on casino.guru (username Mixer) and xxxxx (username xxxxx). I will be not waiting long because I have very bad experience from the past at your casino. You can check these cases below. By the way processing withdrawals has been much better at your casino lately.

PS. I have given them 3 more days but the problem still hasn't been resolved and no time frame has been provided. For all of this time I have reported it few times but I have been receiving only this information "Thank you for your patience! We've received your request and are working on it. We'll let you know as soon as we have an update. We appreciate your patience!"
As you can see I wanted to avoid publishing this complaint but this bonus will expire on 12.04 (only 6 days left) so I couldn't take a risk anymore that my bonus or real balance will be cancelled.
I have already mentioned in my correspondence with the casino that I react such fast this time because of being ignored for few months when I had different problem with this casino in the past. Only after I have reported it, the problem has been solved. Another reason why I react such fast is the fact that my bonus will expire on 12.04 so I need to have a time to try to meet the wagering requirements before that happens.
As already has been mentioned in this correspondence, when I made these 2 deposits on the sum of 5 500 PLN (around 1 300 EUR) and got the bonuses, my real balance was 0. My current bonus balance is 16 878 PLN what is around 3 946 EUR. In the meantime my pending withdrawals on the sum of 7 200 PLN (around 1683 EUR) has been cancelled and returned to the real balance and now I would need to lose this 7 200 PLN to be able to play for a bonus money again. I can't reuqest the withdrawal of the funds from my real balance because all of my bonus balance would be cancelled then.
I will be very grateful for a help in this case.
