Dobar dan Kazino Guru,
Stalno sam se susretao sa smešnim problemima sa isplatama i KYC-om u ovom kazinu. Sudeći po broju žalbi, nisam jedini koji ih ima.
Situacija do sada:
27. decembra sam uplatio 100 evra na Ivibetx.com/fi
Depozit je prvobitno propao, pa sam uplatio novi depozit od 100 evra.
Dobio sam bonus od 100 evra i ispunio uslove klađenja. Kasnije je i originalni depozit uplaćen na moj račun, pa sam nastavio i kladio se i na taj depozit.
Od tog dana pokušavam da podignem svoja sredstva i moje isplate se stalno otkazuju i stižu novi KYC zahtevi.
Prvobitni zahtev za proveru klijenta stigao je 30. decembra i tražili su izvode iz banke, ličnu kartu i dokaz o adresi. Takođe su tražili selfi sa mnom kako držim ličnu kartu. Neka dokumenta su morala biti otpremljena u profil, dok su druga morala biti poslata imejlom. Veoma zbunjujuće od samog početka.
Istog dana sam dostavio dokumenta.
Dana 31. su potvrdili prijem mog novog zahteva za povlačenje novca, a zatim su odbili zahteve za povlačenje i zatražili još bankovnih izvoda.
Drugog januara su me takođe tražili za selfi na kojem držim papirić sa određenim brojčanim kodom. Bila je to dobra fotografija, ali su ponovo odbili moj zahtev za povlačenje i tražili bolju fotografiju.
8. januara sam postavio još 4 fotografije na kojima držim papirić i one su prihvaćene. Zatim sam otišao da zatražim povlačenje sredstava.
Sada su mi ponovo otkazali povlačenje sredstava i traže dokaz o adresi. Već sam im dostavio više bankovnih izvoda sa mojom adresom, u PDF i drugom formatu. Takođe sam im dostavio ugovor o mom bankovnom računu i na njemu je moja adresa.
Dakle, nakon što su im poslali preko 10 prihvaćenih dokumenata, vratili su se na početak i ponovo traže iste kao i na početku. Umoran sam od njihovog zlostavljanja.
Priložiću svu dokumentaciju koju sam dostavio Ivibet-u kako bi Casino Guru mogao da vidi koliko je smešan njihov metod neplaćanja i produžavanja plaćanja.
Šokiran sam što imaju tako dobru ocenu na sajtu.
U ovoj žalbi mogu da otpremim samo 5 slika, ali sam im dostavio mnogo više dokumentacije.
Molim vas, pomozite mi da vratim svoj novac, ne želim da ga izgubim, posebno ne zbog Ivibeta.

I have met constant ridicilous withdrawal and KYC problems with this casino. Judging by the number of complaints I am not alone having these.
The situation so far:
On 27th of December I made a 100 EUR deposit to Ivibetx.com/fi
The deposit initially failed so I made a new deposit of 100 EUR.
I received a 100 EUR bonus and completed the wagering requirements. Then later the original deposit was credited to my balance also so I went ahead and wagered that deposit also.
I have tried to withdraw my funds since that day and my withdrawal constantly gets cancelled and new KYC requests come in.
Original KYC request came on December 30th and they wanted bank statements, ID and proof of address. They also wanted a selfie with me holding my ID. Some documents had to be uploaded in profile while others had to be emailed to them. Very confusing from the start.
The same day I provided with the documents.
On 31.st they acknowledged the receive of my new withdrawal request and then declined the withdrawal requests and asked for more bank statements.
On January second they also asked me for a selfie holding a piece of paper with a specific number code in it. It was a good photo, but again they declined my withdrawal and asked for a better photo.
On January 8th I uploaded 4 more photos of me holding the piece of paper and they were accepted. I then went to request a withdrawal.
Now they have once again cancelled my withdrawal and are asking for a proof of address. I have already provided them with multiple bank statements with my address, pdf and non pdf. I have also provided them with a contract of my bank account and that also has my address.
So after sending them over 10 accepted documents they went back to the beginning and are once again requesting the same ones as from the beginning. I am tired with their abuse.
I will include all the documents I have provided to the Ivibet so Casino Guru can see how ridicilous their method of nonpayment and prolonging payments is.
I am shocked they have this good rating at the site.
I can only upload 5 pictures in this complaint, but I have provided them with much more documentation.
Please help me get my funds, I do not want to lose it back, especially not to Ivibet.
