Poštovani tim za žalbe Casino Guru-a,
Pišem Vam da bih zvanično prijavio problem sa isplatom u iWild kazinu, za koji verujem da predstavlja kršenje njihovih sopstvenih Uslova i odredbi.
Zatražio sam povlačenje 165 evra 24. maja 2025. godine sa potpuno verifikovanog naloga. Prema Uslovima korišćenja kazina (Odeljak 7.4), zahtevi za povlačenje treba da budu obrađeni u roku od 2 radna dana. Uprkos tome, dobio sam zvaničnu e-poštu od iWild kazina u kojoj me obaveštavaju da će moja uplata biti izvršena tek 2. juna 2025. godine.

„Iznos od 165 evra biće isplaćen 02.06.2025."
Ovo predstavlja kašnjenje od više od nedelju dana, bez odgovarajućeg opravdanja ili objašnjenja. Kontaktirao sam njihov tim za podršku nekoliko puta, ali su mi dali samo standardne odgovore bez ikakve jasnoće o situaciji.
Ovo kašnjenje je nepravedno, obmanjujuće i ne odražava standarde odgovornog licenciranog operatera. Daje igračima lažni osećaj poverenja, posebno kada su vremenski rokovi jasno definisani u Uslovima i odredbama.
Podnosim ovu žalbu u nadi da će mi Casino Guru pomoći u rešavanju ove situacije i pomoći da iWild Casino poštuje svoje obaveze i blagovremeno obrađuje isplate.

Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,
I am writing to formally report a withdrawal issue with iWild Casino, which I believe constitutes a violation of their own stated Terms and Conditions.
I requested a withdrawal of €165 on May 24, 2025, from a fully verified account. According to the casino’s Terms (Section 7.4), withdrawal requests should be processed within 2 business days. Despite this, I received an official email from iWild Casino informing me that my payment will only be made on June 2, 2025.
Here is a direct quote from their message:
"The amount of 165 EUR will be paid out on 02.06.2025."
This represents a delay of more than a week, without proper justification or explanation. I have contacted their support team several times, but they only provided standard responses with no clarity on the situation.
This delay is unfair, misleading, and does not reflect the standards of a responsible licensed operator. It gives players a false sense of trust, especially when timeframes are clearly defined in the Terms and Conditions.
I am submitting this complaint in the hope that Casino Guru can assist me in resolving this situation and help ensure that iWild Casino honors their commitments and processes withdrawals in a timely manner.
