Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa delimičnom isplatom u kazinu Jet.
Moja isplaćivanja na kazino računu su označena kao „uspešna", međutim, primio sam samo deo sredstava.
Iznosi za povlačenje:
40000 → Dobio sam samo 4001
16000 → Dobio sam samo 6000
Preostala sredstva nisu primljena.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku kazina putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla. Od nedelje nisam dobio nikakvo smisleno objašnjenje u vezi sa:
nedostajuća sredstva,
potvrda plaćanja,
ID-ovi transakcija,
ili status preostalog duga.
Čet za podršku deluje preopterećeno. Četovi se automatski zatvaraju nakon nekoliko minuta neaktivnosti, što izuzetno otežava pravilnu komunikaciju. Većina odgovora su automatizovane ili generičke poruke čekanja.
Konkretno sam zahtevao:
dokaz o uplati,
ID-ovi transakcija/referenci,
potvrda da su poslati puni iznosi,
eskalacija do finansijskog odeljenja.
Za sada nije dostavljena nikakva potvrda plaćanja ili informacije o praćenju transakcije.
Spreman sam da obezbedim:
snimci ekrana statusa povlačenja sredstava,
snimci ekrana primljenih iznosa,
istorija ćaskanja,
bankarski dokaz/dokaz o uplati ako je potreban.
U ovom trenutku, želeo bih pomoć u dobijanju:
potvrda stvarnog statusa isplate,
identifikatori transakcija,
i preostala neisplaćena sredstva.

The support chat appears heavily overloaded. Chats are automatically closed after several minutes of inactivity, making proper communication extremely difficult. Most responses are automated or generic waiting messages.
I specifically requested:

transaction/reference IDs,
confirmation that the full amounts were sent,
escalation to the financial department.
So far, no payment confirmation or transaction tracking information has been provided.

screenshots of withdrawal statuses,
screenshots of received amounts,
chat history,
bank/payment proof if required.
At this point, I would like assistance in obtaining:
confirmation of the actual payout status,
transaction identifiers,
and the remaining unpaid funds.
