Pišem vam da bih podneo žalbu u vezi sa obmanjujućim ponašanjem JustBit Casino-a u vezi sa bonusima i njihovim neispunjavanjem obećanja datih putem ćaskanja uživo.
6. januara 2026. godine, uplatio sam oko 385 evra da bih zatražio bonus dobrodošlice koji se promoviše na njihovoj veb stranici. Nakon što sam izgubio deo pravog novca, stanje bonusa je postalo potpuno neupotrebljivo — nisam mogao da se kladim, bez obzira na veličinu uloga. Kontaktirao sam podršku i oni su potvrdili da postoji tehnički problem. Više puta su me uveravali da:

Međutim, niko nikada nije pratio niti rešio problem.
Onda, 20. januara 2026. godine, napravio sam grešku i ponovo uplatio (358 evra) na ono što je izgledalo kao ista bonus ponuda. I ponovo se desila ista stvar: stanje bonusa je blokirano, opklade nisu moguće. Ovog puta, čet je davao besmislena objašnjenja poput „sistem definiše koji se bonusi daju u zavisnosti od vaše sreće", dok mi je i dalje dozvoljavao da uplatim na nefunkcionalni bonus.
Rezime:
Ukupni depoziti: približno 743 €
Bonus sredstva su reklamirana i pripisana — ali potpuno neupotrebljiva
Ponovljena obećanja putem ćaskanja nikada nisu ispunjena
Kazino stalno promoviše ove bonuse, znajući da se ne mogu koristiti
Nije ponuđeno nikakvo rešenje niti nadoknada
Ovo je, po mom mišljenju, jasno ponašanje prevare: reklamiranje bonusa, dozvoljavanje depozita, ali blokiranje stvarne upotrebe, a zatim izbegavanje odgovornosti.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da ispita ovo pitanje i pomogne u transparentnosti ovih obmanjujućih i potencijalno prevarnih praksi.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding JustBit Casino’s deceptive bonus behavior and their failure to follow up on promises made via live chat.
On January 6th, 2026, I deposited around €385 to claim a welcome bonus promoted on their website. After losing my real money portion, the bonus balance became completely unusable — I was unable to place any bets, no matter the stake size. I contacted support, and they acknowledged there was a technical issue. They assured me multiple times that:
My case was logged and being checked
The bonus would not expire
I would be compensated or the issue resolved soon
However, no one ever followed up or fixed the issue.
Then, on January 20th, 2026, I made the mistake of depositing again (€358) into what appeared to be the same bonus offer. And again, the exact same thing happened: bonus balance blocked, no bets possible. This time, the chat gave nonsensical explanations like "the system defines what bonuses are given depending on your luck," while still allowing me to deposit into a non-functioning bonus.

Bonus funds advertised and credited — but completely unusable
Repeated promises via chat were never fulfilled
Casino keeps promoting these bonuses, knowing they can’t be used
No resolution or compensation has been offered
This is, in my opinion, clear bait-and-switch behavior: advertising bonuses, allowing deposits, but blocking actual usage and then avoiding accountability.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to look into this matter and help bring transparency to these misleading and potentially fraudulent practices.
