Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa Kinbet kazinom.
Dana [21.09.2025. i 22.09.2025.] podneo sam dva zahteva za povlačenje sredstava:

Prema uslovima kazina, isplate bi trebalo da budu obrađene u roku od 3 radna dana. Međutim, oba moja zahteva su sada na čekanju mnogo duže od toga.
Kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku nekoliko puta, ali dobijam samo isti generički odgovor:
„Zbog velikog broja transakcija, može doći do kašnjenja u obradi isplata. Molimo vas za strpljenje."
Od mene nisu traženi nikakvi dokumenti za verifikaciju. Uprkos tome, do sada nije obrađena nikakva uplata.
Veoma sam zabrinut zbog ovog kašnjenja i da li ću zaista dobiti svoja sredstva.

Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da mi pomogne u rešavanju ovog problema i da osigura da Kinbet obradi moje isplate kako je obećano.

I would like to file a complaint regarding Kinbet Casino.
On [21.09.2025 and 22.09.2025] I submitted two withdrawal requests:

According to the casino’s terms, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days. However, both of my requests have now been pending much longer than that.
I contacted customer support several times, but I only receive the same generic response:
"Due to a high volume of transactions, there may be delays in processing withdrawals. Please be patient."
No verification documents were requested from me. Despite this, no payment has been processed so far.
I am very concerned about this delay and whether I will actually receive my funds.
