Uprkos višestrukim daljim kontaktima i formalnoj žalbi, i dalje dobijam samo generičke odgovore bez rešenja ili vremenskog okvira.
Nisu potrebne nikakve preostale radnje sa moje strane i nisu pokrenuti nikakvi problemi u vezi sa mojim nalogom.

I requested a withdrawal on 23 February 2026. The standard 7–21 business day processing time has already been exceeded.
This withdrawal (£2,640) is part of a previously delayed balance of £4,380, from which £1,740 has already been paid.
Despite multiple follow-ups and a formal complaint, I continue to receive only generic responses with no resolution or timeframe.
There are no outstanding actions required from my side, and no issues have been raised regarding my account.
I am requesting assistance in resolving this delayed withdrawal.
