Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu protiv Kingdom Casino-a, kojim upravlja Dama NV, u vezi sa tekućim problemom koji uključuje blokirano povlačenje sredstava i kašnjenja u KYC-u.

🧾 Šta se desilo:
Uplatio sam 450 evra na svoj račun u Kingdom Casino-u.
Nakon igranja, osvojio sam ukupno 2.298 evra, što je ispravno odraženo u mom novčaniku.
Zatražio sam potpunu isplatu od 2.298 evra direktno na moj račun u Monco banci.
U vreme povlačenja, moja KYC verifikacija je još uvek bila u toku, ali sam već dostavio sva potrebna dokumenta (ličnu kartu, dokaz o adresi i način plaćanja).
Prošlo je više od 65 sati, a moj KYC status je ostao nepromenjen — još uvek na čekanju.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku. Rekli su mi da zbog velikog broja poruka ne mogu da mi daju tačan vremenski okvir za KYC pregled.
Kasnije mi je rečeno da Kingdom Casino ima ograničenja isplate:
1.000 evra dnevno
2.500 evra nedeljno
10.000 evra mesečno
Na osnovu ovoga, otkazao sam prvobitni zahtev od 2.298 evra i ponovo podneo tri manja zahteva za isplatu:
900 evra
800 evra
598 evra
Do danas, nijedan od njih nije obrađen, a KYC je još uvek u toku, uprkos tome što su razumni rokovi za verifikaciju daleko prošli.

🧾 What Happened:
I deposited €450 into my account at Kingdom Casino.
After playing, I won a total of €2,298, which was reflected correctly in my wallet.
I requested a full withdrawal of the €2,298 directly to my Monzo bank account.
At the time of the withdrawal, my KYC verification was still pending, but I had already submitted all required documents (ID, proof of address, and payment method).
Over 65 hours passed, and my KYC status remained unchanged — still pending.
I contacted support multiple times. They said due to high volume, they could not give me an exact timeframe for KYC review.
I was later told that Kingdom Casino has withdrawal limits of:
€1,000 per day
€2,500 per week
€10,000 per month
Based on this, I cancelled the original €2,298 request and resubmitted three smaller withdrawals:

As of today, none of these have been processed, and KYC is still pending, despite being well past reasonable verification timeframes.
