Odmah nakon transfera, moj bankovni račun je zamrznut. Banka me je obavestila da je ciljni račun koji je obezbedio Konibet već registrovan kao visokorizičan ili sumnjiv račun.

I deposited $3,300 to Konibet via bank transfer using the bank account displayed by the casino as their official deposit method. At the time of the transfer, the exchange rate was 1 USD = 158 JPY, which equals approximately 521,400 JPY.
Immediately after making the transfer, my bank account was frozen. The bank informed me that the destination account provided by Konibet had already been registered as a high-risk or suspicious account.
Because of this freeze, I cannot access 6,061,627 JPY that remained in my bank account. Including my deposit amount, the total financial damage I suffered is 6,583,027 JPY.
I contacted Konibet support and requested compensation because the casino provided a bank account that had already been flagged by banks. However, instead of investigating the issue, Konibet stopped responding and froze my casino account, leaving my funds unresolved.
I am requesting:
A refund of my $3,300 deposit.
Compensation for the 6,061,627 JPY frozen in my bank account due to the risky payment account they provided.
The total damage caused by this situation is 6,583,027 JPY.
