Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa zakasnelim povraćajem novca od 10% za vikend od strane LeoVegas-a.
Prema uslovima promocije, povraćaj novca je trebalo da bude uplaćen u roku od 36 sati nakon završetka promocije. Predmetni povraćaj novca se odnosi na vikend promociju koja se završava 22. novembra.
Poslednji razumni datum isplate trebalo je da bude 25. novembar. Do danas (13. decembra) prošlo je više od dve nedelje i preko 12 radnih dana, a povraćaj novca još uvek nije uplaćen.
Kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku LeoVegas-a više puta putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla počev od 25. novembra. Različiti agenti su više puta potvrđivali da je problem tehnički i eskaliran je interno. Eksplicitno mi je rečeno da će, ako sistem ne uspe da dodeli povraćaj novca, tim za promocije ručno dodati novac.
Dana 6. decembra, LeoVegas je potvrdio da je kreiran tiket za eskalaciju na nivou supervizora:

Uprkos ovoj eskalaciji:
- Nije dodeljen povraćaj novca
- Nije primljeno nikakvo ažuriranje putem e-pošte
- Nije naveden vremenski okvir za rešavanje
Korisnička podrška i dalje navodi da je slučaj „u preispitivanju" bez roka i objašnjenja, iako je kašnjenje daleko premašilo navedene uslove promocije.
Verujem da je ovo nerazumno kašnjenje i nepoštovanje promotivnog prava kako je oglašeno.
Tražim pomoć od Casino Guru-a kako bi se olakšalo rešavanje problema i osiguralo da se dospeli povraćaj novca vrati.
I am filing a complaint regarding an overdue 10% weekend cashback from LeoVegas.
According to the promotion terms, the cashback should have been credited within 36 hours after the promotion ended. The cashback in question relates to the weekend promotion ending on November 22.
The latest reasonable payout date should have been November 25. As of today (December 13), more than two weeks and over 12 business days have passed, and the cashback has still not been credited.
I contacted LeoVegas customer support multiple times via live chat and email starting from November 25. The issue was repeatedly acknowledged by different agents as a technical issue and was escalated internally. I was explicitly told that if the system failed to credit the cashback, it would be manually added by the promotions team.
On December 6, LeoVegas confirmed that a supervisor-level escalation ticket had been created:

Despite this escalation:
- No cashback has been credited
- No email update has been received
- No resolution timeframe has been provided
Customer support continues to state that the case is "under review" with no deadline and no explanation, even though the delay has far exceeded the stated promotion terms.
I believe this is an unreasonable delay and a failure to honor the promotional entitlement as advertised.
I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance to help facilitate a resolution and ensure that the overdue cashback is credited.
