Predmet: Žalba protiv Linebet-a – Nalog blokiran i uplaćena sredstva nisu vraćena

Pišem Vam da bih podneo/la formalnu žalbu protiv Linebet-a u vezi sa postupanjem sa mojim nalogom.
Moj nalog je blokiran bez valjanog razloga.
Samo sam uplatio sredstva (14500 DZD) i nisam se bavio nikakvim sumnjivim aktivnostima.
Uprkos tome što sam dostavio svu traženu dokumentaciju za verifikaciju, nisam dobio nikakav odgovor niti pristup za povlačenje sredstava.
Korisnička podrška stalno daje nejasne odgovore, tvrdeći da ne mogu da pomognu, a moj deponovani novac ostaje nedostupan.
Ova situacija je izuzetno zabrinjavajuća i smatram da krši politiku fer prakse i odgovornog kockanja. Molim da mi Linebet odmah dozvoli da povučem svoja uplaćena sredstva ili da pruži jasno objašnjenje zašto mi se novac zadržava.
Ako se problem ne reši brzo, proslediću ovu žalbu regulatornom organu (Kurasao eGajming kontrolni odbor) i javno podeliti svoje iskustvo na forumima za žalbe u vezi sa kockanjem i sajtovima za recenzije.
Nadam se brzom i pravednom rešenju.

Despite providing all requested verification documents , I have not received any response or access to withdraw my funds.
Customer support keeps giving vague answers, claiming they cannot assist, and my deposited money remains inaccessible.
This situation is extremely concerning, and I believe it violates fair practice and responsible gambling policies. I request that Linebet immediately allows me to withdraw my deposited funds or provide a clear explanation of why my money is being withheld.
