Nažalost, došli smo do tačke u kojoj više nismo u mogućnosti da nastavimo sa ovom žalbom.
U normalnim okolnostima, sada bismo direktno kontaktirali kazino i zatražili njihovo objašnjenje problema koje ste opisali. Međutim, kazino Lokovin je akumulirao preko 50 žalbi koje su zatvorene u skladu sa našom „Politikom bez reakcije", što jasno ukazuje da kazino nije spreman da sarađuje sa nama ili da se uključi u rešavanje sporova na bilo koji smislen način.
Kao rezultat toga, primorani smo da zatvorimo ovu žalbu kao „nerešenu". Ovaj ishod će negativno uticati na ukupnu ocenu kazina. Iako razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vas, nerešene žalbe i rezultirajuće smanjenje ocene mogu na kraju podstaći kazino da preispita svoj pristup prema igračima i posredovanju.
Nažalost, nemamo drugu opciju, jer je ignorisanje naših pokušaja komunikacije postalo uobičajeni obrazac za Locowin Casino. Uložili smo brojne napore da kontaktiramo kazino putem e-pošte, predstavnika uživo putem ćaskanja i kontakata sa partnerima, ali svi pokušaji rešavanja problema bili su neuspešni. We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of RaBe72. The player sent us the following email:
Hello,
Unfortunately, I have to reopen the case.
After I was assured that the money would be refunded, nothing happened.
I have been asked twice to send an alternative payment address.
I did that and still haven't received my money back.
Please help me

Unfortunately, we have reached a point where we are no longer able to move forward with this complaint.
Under normal circumstances, we would now contact the casino directly and request their explanation of the issues you described. However, Locowin Casino has accumulated 50+ complaints closed under our "No Reaction Policy," which clearly indicates that the casino is not willing to cooperate with us or engage in dispute resolution in any meaningful way.
As a result, we are forced to close this complaint as "unresolved." This outcome will negatively impact the casino’s overall rating. While I understand this is not a satisfactory resolution for you, unresolved complaints and the resulting rating decrease may eventually encourage the casino to reconsider its approach toward players and mediation.
Regrettably, we have no other option, as ignoring our attempts to communicate has become a recurring pattern for Locowin Casino. We have made numerous efforts to reach the casino via email, live chat representatives, and affiliate contacts, but all attempts to resolve issues have been unsuccessful. Given this behavior, we strongly recommend staying away from Locowin Casino.
